I bought a necklace where the photo was not clearly visible and, very kindly, they sent me a new one where the photo looks perfect. I will buy again since, despite having a fault the first time, they have sent me another one where the image is seen as in advertising. Highly recommended because they are good people above all

This is a great idea and a product to gift your love ones, I bought a pendant which is really good. However, the chain that comes with it is really cheap and looks like it's a used one. Not at all shiny like what it looks on the webpage. After reading the reviews about chain, I discussed with customer care before purchasing, they said the quality is good and the bad reviews are from the customers who are not looking after the product well. Example, having shower wearing the necklace. Overall, I believe I paid too much for the vale of the product. I had to buy a good quality chain from other place and put the pendant in it.

ordered 6 necklace from this company and thinking what a fantastic idea to have your loved ones picture within a necklace
so i ordered and paid for 6 all sterling silver to give to my sibling on our mum's celebration of life party. I started wearing mine straight away but within a few wks i notice it was tarnishing so I contacted AMOREMI and sent them pictures.
They did reply to me by telling me how to look after silver !!!!!
On my second Email to them I did get a replacement with a hallmark 925 and to this date I wear it everyday and it's great , But all the other necklace that I gave to my sisters have tarnish aswell I have sent pictures to AMOREMI but have not had a response appart from an Email telling me What are you talking about ???
I have sent them around 8 Emails and photos but no response 😕

Absolute fake jewelry. It was supposed that i had ordered a silver necklace and after a few days it oxidized and the poor brown in colour material revealed. They do not even response in my emails.

Got the item earlier than expected, opened it and there was a scratch mark across the image. E-mailed them and got a response ASAP. They told me to clean the ball where the image is and its good as new. Thanks for a great product and will be spreading the word about your company.

Received my mens silver cross necklace today for my son’s 21st. It came in a lovely box and way exceeded my expectations. It’s a scam! When it comes in you like the fact there is a photo in the necklace. But in 1 week all the gold is gone and the necklace seems very badly. It seems ugly. When i mailed the company they do not response. Many times i send them an email. Do not get any response. Do not buy this. It’s very bad quality! They give people money back for a good review. It’s a scam

I saw the add of AMOREMI, from instagram and i was suprized mostly from the idea of it. Unfortunatly my wife 30year birthday was on that day so i wish i could see it early but i still ordered because it is really e very special thing. Yesterday i got it and when i gave it to her she was so happy to see without knowing what was inside of gem yet. When i told her to look closer in the gem, that was all.
