SCAM! AVOID! We ordered an outdoor cupboard and then the tracking says a mattress.

I ordered a storage box……..or so I thought…….seemed to change companies after purchase then apparently I had bought a portable blender…….emailed straight away as knew was scam told them not to ship, no response…..then item out for delivery today……..received a plastic rose…….absolute SCAM RATS

I brought a parcel storage box for x about. They sent me a red rose. Do not use. Do not get scammed.

The same as other customers I ordered a storage shed and received a plastic rose. They had better watch out a couple of friends of mine work in cybertech and are hopefully going to trace them. They are disgraceful why are they still being allowed to advertise on the Internet I wouldn't have gave them any star rating as they are SCAMMERS

Complete scam, I queried my order for storage bench and they sent a very convincing reply to me saying don’t worry you are receiving a storage bench. 10 days later I received a plastic rose! Do not buy from them!

Ordered a Keter outside storage unit . £59.99
Never received it . Instead I received a plastic red rose today

SCAM ordered a £70 storage box got sent a plastic rose. The company name changed from Ampeva to Doncavo during transaction and then order itself doesn't actually say storage box it said air purifier!! Tried to contact these multiple times no response then started to receive scam texts pretending to be my child.......absolute scam be careful and report. This disgusting site.

SCAMMERS! Ampeva are fraudsters! Ordered an outdoor storage box and the order receipt said a Japanese futon mattress! I contacted customer service Belagov (payment went to them) - no response!
They should not be allowed to trade online! I wish I’d checked TrustPilot before I made the purchase! 🙈

Avoid, scammers you cannot find the order once placed and they take the money.

Complete scam, ordered a bin storage for £32.99 got a key ring, how are they allowed to get away with this, Google should delete them!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute scam as others have said. The keter storage bench advertised is actually a make up organiser. No response to phone calls or emails. Stupidly took the trust pilot rating at face value rather than looking on the actual TP site. Avoid!!

Same thing that has happened to everyone else. Why didn't I check with Trustpilot first. They claim good Trustpilot reviews.

Ordered one thing, receipt for completely different ting from Belagov. Tried contacting Belagov and Ampeva immediaitely. Impossible. Ampeva phone number not recognised.
Contacted Lloyds Bank to stop p[ayment, but told that as I had made the purchase it wasn't "Fraud" and couldn't be stopped. Told to wait until payment had been taken and then "raise a dispute" My knowledge is that you are protected for amounts over £100, but all payments to Ampeva seem to be for less. Not holding out any hope.

Shouldn't somebody else be taking action? Trading Standards, The Police, Google??

Any ideas?

This company along with Nexiov.shop, Ampeva, Vunuo offer Keter garden product at a competitive price.
Customers see the FAKE 5 star trustpilot stamp, Google pay, klana support and are reassured that these companies are legitimate.
The payment window is actually flashing and a different product sold by a different company called Doncavo.com is switched and wrongly purchased.
(On the Doncavo.com site certain products are actually marked with the switched Keter items for their reference..?).
The customer receives a confirmation email from Doncavo.com detailing they have purchased the switched/incorrect item from their company Doncavo.com.
The customer can then email Doncavo.com (the phone number does not work) and Doncavo.com does reply, reassuring the customer that the switched item and company are just technical problems. Doncavo.com continue to reassure the customers by email for as long as possible, so that the money clears into their account problem free. The Doncavo.com email replies are polite, professional, convincing, reassuring.
This is 100% a SCAM. You will not receive your item. You will not receive the switched item. You may receive a keyring, plastic flower, shoelaces, or a piece of string, plastic or fabric - this is so the FAKE companies can provide proof of postage/delivery.
This SCAM should be reported to the bank as FRAUD asap, (especially while the payment is still pending). The authorities, banks, klana and the genuine keter company are aware of these SCAM companies.

Like many others I urge you please please do not trade with this company originally on the web as Ampeva but then trading as Doncavo. This is an utter scam . You will never receive your goods. All looks good front end and they will send you a confirmation of order as soon as you place it . The. Days go by and several e mails later from me , they send a note saying it’s out for delivery . I then received a letter with a red rose in it and then a confirmation from Doncavi within a minute saying my order had been delivered . Disgusting behaviour . So please do not order anything from them

DONCAVO Total scam and had trust pilot stars to fool you that doncavo was a genuine company ! I got a plastic rose in the post today expecting a gas bbq ! so as a pensioner have lost £87.99. Like others are commenting why can something not be done to find out who is doing this despicable crime ! is there anywhere to send the said rose and envelope it must have everyone involved fingerprints?.
I did look into company before completing purchase and it seemed to have an online shop with all contact details which has suddenly disappeared! and they even answered one of my enquirie emails about my order basically replying they were not a scam and to be patient 😒 😑. don't know how they sleep at night robbing people.

Keter Pacific Storage / Ice Cooler advertised in half price sale for £42.99 on Ampeva Shop. On the website was a UK address and telephone number with delivery in 2 to 3 days. I didn't suspect it was a scam until I received an confirmation email from a different company (Doncavo) for a different item (Glowcase LED Makeup Organiser) No response from either company. The websites have since disappeared. Paid in three with Klarna, reported fraudulent transaction and to stop payments but Klarna have been no help, told to wait 10 days to see if item turns up even though we've reported it as a scam and fraudulent transaction! 😡

Avoid this company. It's a complete scam. Promising to deliver goods within 2 to 5 days when in fact they deliver nothing. I have since discovered they have multiple websites with odd names and URLs. Really surprised the financial ombudsman has not clamped down on these scams.

I have unfortunately been scammed by this company this is shameful and I want to try to stop other people being taken in Ampeva and DONCAVO are scam companies my order was placed in good faith with Ampeva but I only found out the DONCAVO was involved after I had paid. Now trying to get my money back through the bank.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
