The gentleman that installed it were great in professional. I’ve used a number times and I love it. It’s smooth and easy to operate. I just wish they would cluster the workouts together so that I didn’t have to keep moving the arm up down up down up down.

Terrible experience with Amp — think twice before ordering
I ordered the Amp in October 2025 after seeing their ads claiming that shipping had started. After reaching out, I was told I would receive the product in four weeks. Four weeks later, they still had no idea when the product would ship.
I sent at least 10 emails and repeatedly contacted them through their app chat. Each time I asked for a delivery update, they couldn’t give me a clear answer. Eventually, they shifted responsibility to a delivery company called Last Mile.
After two months, I finally received an email from Last Mile with a tracking number — which did not work. When I called the delivery company directly, they told me they only had one part of the order and that a critical component (the shelf required for installation) was missing, so they could not install the device.
It gets worse.
As part of the order process, Amp requires you to send a photo of the intended installation location. I did exactly that. The photo clearly showed an outdoor area covered by a roof (protected but still exposed to the outdoors), and they approved the location.
In late December 2025, the installers finally arrived — and then refused to install the device in the exact location Amp had already approved. Even when I asked if I could install it myself, they refused and took the device with them, despite the fact that I had paid for it months earlier.
Only after I found an indoor location did they come back and complete the installation.
This is extremely disappointing. A company selling an expensive device — and charging for installation — should not:
• deny self-installation,
• dictate where you must install something you already paid for,
• or remove your paid product from your property.
And it still doesn’t end there.
Amp advertised a “Mystery Box” with the purchase, promoted as $250 worth of additional accessories. More than a month later, I still have not received it. At this point, the “mystery” seems to be whether you’ll ever receive it at all.
I’ve since noticed many people commenting on Amp’s Facebook ads and elsewhere saying they waited six months or more for delivery.
There are other products on the market with similar capabilities that are available immediately and allow you to install them where and how you want — without these issues.
Be aware: what happened to me could easily happen to you.
If you decide to buy this device, expect delays, confusion, and frustration and prepare for lots patience.
The delivery was much faster than I expected! My installation went smoothly and the two technicians were very thoughtful and well informed! I am loving the AMP!

Installers seemed to want to get it done more than do quality work. They ended up breaking a planter and I think the amp fell when they broke the planter because I found wall paint on the corner of the amp and a small dent in the drywall next to the broken planter. Not sure how “white glove” it was. Outside of the Install, I do like the product.

Hardware is very good. Software is mediocre. Disappointed no Android support. The user interface is lacking basic planning and organizing capability.

Everything is exactly as advertised, down to the easy delivery and installation.

I will say the installers were great at installing the equipment but didn’t seem to have a lot of knowledge about your product and how it actually works, which as it turned out the Amp is very easy to understand. I absolutely love the Amp and have told many friends how great it is.

Install was pretty seamless. They done a great job securing it, cleaned up everything and were very professional. They called when they were on their way too, so I didn't have to sit around the house waiting for them to arrive. Happy with the service, love the machine.

I’m blown away by AMP. It’s like having a personal trainer, a custom program, and a full gym all in one sleek setup. The virtual coach adapts to me, the equipment attachments cover every muscle group, and the automatic/manual fixed, band, and eccentric modes make every rep count. I’m a total rookie, and I still feel like I’m training with purpose. Installation was quick and professional, and it barely takes up any room. AMP is the real deal.

This machine is not only designed impeccably, but every aspect of it gives luxury. From the way that the arm moves to the way that the app interacts with the machine and can even adapt your weights for each exercise based on your baseline is just incredible. I am completely obsessed.

I really enjoy the amp. I can adjust the weight and I love that you can adjust the weight in 1 pound increments.

This is about my ordering and installation service only. No comment about the use of the equipment as I have not used it yet.
I went to order the unit, and was told all over the website, and actively promoted, that I could use my FSA/HSA balance for this. It quickly became apparent that that is not the case, as it requires a declaration of medical necessity. Fidelity, my HSA administrator, told me this is a common trap people fall into, and under no circumstances will they approve payment without that. I felt misled.
So ultimately I bit the bullet and paid for it with a normal credit card. Great. Order confirmed. Next issue: no confirmation when the unit would ship. None whatsoever. I was told the shipping company would be in touch to arrange an installation date. That didn't happen until several weeks after I placed the order. Not a good experience.
They came to install the unit, unpacked it, got ready to install it, and discovered that, not unusually, my wall studs are 24" apart. Ah, we don't have the shelf extension to accommodate that. We'll have to reschedule....
So thankfully a week later they show up with said shelf extension, and when the unit was finally installed, they called me from my office, I walked in and instantly said "it looks great, but it's not straight." It was obvious to me, but clearly not to the installers. All three of them. So they showed me how they used the supplied template to install it and said "see, the level is straight when we hold it against this part of the template" - as if that was going to magically straighten it. They then proceed to tell me that I must be suggesting the template isn't straight. Uhhh, well, guess what? I can guarantee you it's not straight because the upright, main part of the unit, is off by like 2 degrees, and it's blindingly obvious to me. So I show them with a decent level instead of the pocket thing they brought with them, and no surprises, it was clearly way off.
So they unclip the unit from the wall mounts, and the main installer goes to adjust the angle of the top of the two mounts - the bottom one, and the top one. I said "what are you doing?" and get this - he says "well i need to straighten the top mount in order to straighten the whole unit." I'm like, wait, what, are you being serious right now? "You don't realize that you have to move the entire top mount if you are going to straighten the entire unit?" No, he didn't. From that point I basically had to show them every step of the way how to correctly straighten it, adjust the shelf accordingly, and ensure it was screwed securely into the studs.
They damaged my wall, damaged my exercise mat, offered no apologies, came with inadequate tools, and scampered off as quickly as they could off to their next rush job.
There are LOTS of learnings here. But the first is that AMP, "trust but verify" - these guys are NOT qualified to install your machine and desperately need adequate training and customer service skills.

I paid for a relocation service two months in advance, and when the time came, AMP completely failed to deliver.
Their contractor (JB Hunt) showed up with the wrong instructions and didn’t even know what service they were supposed to perform
AMP and their contractor were not aligned at all
No one took ownership, and everything became reactive only after escalation
Worse, AMP failed to clearly disclose that I would be responsible for transporting the equipment myself—something they later admitted was not clearly communicated.
Because of their delays and lack of coordination during an active office move, this created serious logistical and financial risk on my end.
They eventually offered a refund—but refused to take responsibility for the consequences caused by their own failures.
This is not a one-off mistake. This is a systemic breakdown in communication, logistics, and accountability.
If everything goes perfectly, maybe you’re fine.
If anything goes wrong, you’re on your own.

Machine so far seems great, but customer service was not transparent or helpful. Website indicated 4-6 weeks for delivery. That quickly turned into 4-6 weeks from completing the installation site survey. Then the 4-6 weeks became the time frame to hand off to the last mile installer to schedule delivery and installation. I complained often and loudly about the poor transparency and supposedly got an expedited handoff to the delivery service. I ordered originally on 1/9/26 and finally took delivery/installation on 3/16/26, 9 weeks later.
Again, the machine seems really good so far - well built, easy to use and modify for what you want to do, and very compact. I just wish that the company would be upfront and say 8-10 weeks until you receive rather than being shady and advertising 4-6 weeks and then changing their story 5 different times when you reach out for updates
