Went to buy a red light therapy belt. However, they are very elitist and only cater for skinny people. The average women waist is 87.5cm and male is under 94cm yet the strap is only 80cm. Therefore if you're average or bigger you don't count. I suppose it is in their name "elite". A lot of people with chronic back pain gain weight due to immobility and other factors but they can't access this. The company said to use while sitting down... but they advertise you can move around with it...
I am so over elitist companies who only cater for skinny people and it the meantime make average weight people to overweight people feel even worse about themselves!

What appeared to be a good product that looked like it would help with knee pain turned out to be an expensive, poor quality product after only a few months (3-4) of occasional use. I would wear the brace 3 or 4 times per week and it seemed provide some support and some relief for my knee paid. Then, during the 4th month, I begin to feel something sticking my leg. When I took off the brace and looked inside, to my surprise, the metal part of the brace was sticking through the material and into my leg. I contacted the company, sent them a picture, but they refused to replace or refund me any money because the 90-day period had past. It turns out that it was a POOR QUALITY PRODUCT THAT THE COMPANY WOULD NOT STAND BEHIND. I FEEL RIPPED OFF! BE CAREFUL!!!

As you can see, they responded that they had a 90-day guarantee. A product designed to help your knee that cost $97 should last longer than 90 days. As I said, POOR QUALITY!

Despite my multiple "click here to unsubscribe" and NUMEROUS requests, with subsequent reassurances from this company that I am unsubscribed, endless emails are received.

These knee sleeves have saved and improved my knees . They are comfortable and I wear them daily if needed.. I wear them to speed walk and ride my bike. The material is made well and does do what its supposed to do. I took a chance and do not regret buying. The first size was too small. So I needed larger. They sent me larger and didnt ask to send back the smaller ones. I take suppliments to help build cartilage and also collagen daily has made a significent difference in my pain level. My Orthopedic Dr. took exrays 5 months back and showed me I had bone on bone in my knees. Gave me a cortisone shot in each knee and told me to come back when the pain is bad, you'll have to have knee surgery. No way, he was not going to do that too me. Thankyou for helping and making my knees stronger with the sleeves. I love them.

Ordered and authorized payment for 1 sock pair, but sent and charged for 3 pairs................then they refused to correct their error and protested the chargeback. Beware of overcharging by this company....and after trying to contact them there was NO REPLY.

I ordered 4 pair of socks.
However I was charged for 8 pairs and a set of patches.
Then the socks arrive and they were so small I could not get them on my feet.
A total waste of $177.21.
I am 70 with diabetes and was hoping for some relief with my feet but instead received real relief of my bank account.

I received my order only to find that I can not get the right dock on my foot. I have sent them 2 emails about returning them but I have not heard back from them. I just chalked this up to lesson learned the hard way.

It's real important to get the right size for these to work for you. If you get to big they will slip down your knee, to tight they will be uncomfortable. There size chart showed that I needed XXLarge, but I downsized & went with the XLarge instead, and was surprised they fit perfect for me, because I don't have real big legs, I wear XLarge shirts & 38 waist size. I can walk a lot more distance with these knee sleeves with very little slippage with hardly no pain, before i bought these, I could only walk about 1/2 block, with these sleeves on i can walk almost all day with minimal pain. I have bone on bone pain on left knee, and arthritis in right knee. They are so comfortable, I even wear these while sleeping sometimes. I walked all day at casino, and did not have pain like before without sleeve, and very little slippage. I recommend these if you have bone on bone pain in knee.

I was unable to get past a hype window that popped up after I entered my address but before my billing information. I couldn't get pass the window even with the customer service help, who wanted to send me to go back to the first page of the purchasing process. After an unreasonably long time, I closed the ordering window. I can wait until this, or similar items, appear on Amazon or eBay,

It's a really great product. Saved me a lot of pain and enabled me to be physically active. Have been using it for about three years now.

Bought this to help my knees.
But it's exactly the same as a cheap knee sleeve from Aliexpress. Became slack after a few weeks.

Rip off

I sent for knee supports form AM Relieve. They arrived within the promised time. A good start.
However, from then everything went downhill! I wore the supports but it was not long before they revealed their true quality. They kept on slipping down,
I contacted the company and they sent a smaller pair.
However, they were too tight and I could not put up with their constriction. When I contacted the company they refrained from replying.
Subsequently, following the publication of my report, I was contacted by the company. Surprise, surprise! I returned the one remaining pair and have been refunded the money I paid for them.

Ordered wrong size. Absolutely no problem with a replacement before I had to return the size that was too big. Plus sent back merchandise with no postage cost. Amazing.

The knee brace makes a tremendous difference in how my knee feels when I am walking and even just sitting.

I have bought many knee braces/wraps for my bone on bone knees, but the ultra knee elite XL has really made a difference. Very satisfied.

I am amazed. I was skeptical when I ordered the SootheSocks but I was also tired of the constant pins and needles in my feet. They simply aren't there when the socks are on my feet. It's unbelievable, but there it is.

Upon opening the box for the knee brace, my wife found it very comforting and supportive. It addressed the area of concern, and she’s extremely excited to wear the brace as she exercises and moves about.

As it relates to the socks, very supportive! It takes the pain away as soon as I put the socks on for my neuropathy and allows me to walk without feeling I’m on pins and needles
