A.K Wellness offers trauma-informed, nervous-system-led wellbeing support for individuals, schools, workplaces, and communities. Founded by Amrita Kaur, A.K Wellness blends mindful movement, somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and emotional wellbeing education to support deep regulation, resilience, and reconnection — both personally and collectively. With nearly 20 years of experience working in education and specialist settings, our work is grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and real-world understanding. We support women, children, young people, and adults to move out of overwhelm and survival mode, and into greater calm, clarity, and self-trust. Sessions and programmes are thoughtfully designed to meet people where they are — whether in schools, workplaces, community settings, or private spaces — and are always guided with choice, safety, and care at the centre. This work is not about fixing or forcing change. It is about creating the conditions for people to feel safe enough to listen inward, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with themselves and others.
