Product exactly as pictured and advertised. Packaged well and very efficient despatch.

I ordered a king size quilt and a single arrived. The quality was very average and the design didn’t look like the picture advertised. When I asked for a refund the tried to charge me 15% re stocking fee even though they sent me the wrong one. Wouldn’t buy again.

Customer service was good but the Doona cover l purchased didn't look the same as pictured & l returned it.
I think l'd rather go to a store & see in person what l'm buying.
