Fast response call out to repair Miele washing machine on day after Bank Holiday. Called in the morning and with us by 3pm.
All fixed and at a fraction of the price Miele would have charged (no parts needed, however). Photos taken of problem and work completed. Very happy customer

Alex is the best service/repair engineer I have ever come across. Due to awkward design of my Haier washer/dryer, Alex had to return on two other occasions. He has sourced an installed new heating fan unit. He is knowledgeable. His work is professional. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

When I contacted AMS about my noisy washing machine they came round very quickly and in the evening which was more convenient to me. My machine is integral and it was pretty difficult to get to it but they managed, quick fix and put my machine and kitchen cupboards back together before leaving. Quick, simple and very reasonable price!
