AMS Level 3 Survey and Report
The Survey and Report were excellent, very detailed and with good advice given. Would have been 5*, but for the fact that it took 18 working days from making booking to Survey being carried out, hardly the 5-7 days advertised. However, I would use AMS again if I ever require another survey or advice on a property

I would have rated 5 stars if I hadn't have to chase the confirmation of property valuation date. Overall staff are friendly and surveyors who came to my property are very professional and report was issued quickly as well! The quotation was also very reasonable compared with others.

I opted for the level 2 report and it was a well detailed and concise report. The sections were broken down well and the use of the traffic light system helped to identify the key parts of the report. I would recommend AMS, good customer service and thorough reports.

Very detailed.
However, it took a week from the date of the survey till the report was ready for me to view. In my opinion, this is a long time to wait, having previously received reports from other companies within 48 hrs.

A very satisfactory and comprehensive report
The report was clear and the comprehensive number of supporting photos showing damp meter readings was very helpful. The recommendations and estimated costs for the remedial action were also very helpful.

AMS were very helpful and supportive over the phone, their specific fault survey for damp and timber was delivered quickly and detailed the findings well, it then estimated repair costs. I was pleased with the service, would recommend.
