The delivery service is horrible
The delivery service is horrible. I had a package delivered to a client/business in Amsterdam. The delivery service would only deliver between 19:00-22:30. The client/business is obviously closed during those hours. Needless to say, the client never received the package the Amsterdam Baking Company would not refund my money. I'm now out over 150 Euros.

We sincerely apologize that your experience with us did not meet your expectations. As we discussed on the phone last week, I would like to clarify our position regarding our logistic partner. Our standard delivery times are, as stated, from 17:00 to 22:30. This information is provided before checkout, in your order confirmation, and also detailed in our terms and conditions. ‘We only deliver to home addresses, not comercial. For deliveries to comercial addresses, please get in touch with us and we will help you further’.
Your order was prepared and dispatched on your preferred day. However, our delivery partner attempted delivery but found the chosen business address to be closed. A second attempt was made, but regrettably, we could not deliver as the business address was again closed.
Furthermore, our logistics partner provides the option to change the delivery address in the event of an unsuccessful delivery. However, we were only informed by you of this issue five days after the occurrence, by which time we no longer had any available alternatives.
We regret the inconvenience, but please understand that the goods were prepared and shipping costs incurred.
We believe that receiving a one-star rating is unwarranted as all the pertinent information regarding our service is clearly displayed and we have been transparent about the standard services we offer.

THE BEST MEDIALUNAS IN NL!!!!!
I ordered medialunas and empanadas (meat). The first bite took me back to my childhood!!! I was born in Argentina and I can guarantee that the taste and the quality is excellent. Now that there is a shop in Amsterdam, there is a good reason to visit this city!

Great Customer Care
The transport they use as a delivery was delayed, so they went beyond expectations for me to have the order on time.
The quality of their products is also fantastic.
I totally recommend this shop, not only for the products but for their amazing customer "care" service.
