Helped me with the warranty claim. Brilliant service.

Amtech were so helpful with my warranty claim . Yes the product failed but it’s the help and the back up that really matters . They were so quick and helpful to get my product sorted . I will be buying more of there products and will recommend them !!!

I bought a scraper, which fell apart after a few uses. I wrote to the company and they sent me a replacement, together with another scraper which had a much sturdier handle. Can't complain about their excellent service. Thanks very much.

I had a leather punch which the safety catch broke , I out in my claim and within a day had a reply asking for Al information,which I sent ,another reply next day to day received, within a few days a parcel arrived,when I opened it ,it was new punch a heavier duty one ,did not expect that ,more than pleased with this company, not quibble no hassle just good honest service , top marks ,5 star ,I will definitely use again and tell my friends

I had reason to contact Amtech regarding a problem with my Rivet gun. Steve Pooley dealt with my query efficiently and speedily.
A new gun was sent within days.

Excellent service. My staple gun had stopped working properly so I just sent quick email and was given some tips. When those tips didn't work, I was sent a replacement which arrived promptly. Steve, the rep I spoke to, was very friendly and followed up afterwards to check that my replacement had arrived and was working properly.

I had an issue with a product previously purchased. I contacted the Warranty Dept and received first class prompt and polite service. As a long time customer, I have always found this company excellent to deal with and can highly recommend both the products and the service

I have never had contact with this company before. I'm glad I now have. I found their customer service to be first class, they went well beyond what would normally be expected. If I could give 6 stars I would without hesitation. I will look forward to using this company again and again.

I, brought a touch on eBay about 7 years ago. Which came from a company called DK Tools in Uxbridge. The torch stopped working the other day. I, contacted Steve Pooley at DK Tools who fantastic and immediately said because my touch came with a 10 year warranty he would replace my touch with a brand new one even though I, could know longer find the receipt. What a fantastic firm to deal with and for them to honer the warranty after so long. Now a days you don’t usually find a firm that is so good to its customers.

I contacted Amtech regarding my stirrup hand pump that had failed. After explaining my dilemma via the website, Steve got back to me with an extremely helpful solution. This included sending me three photos of an exact same version of my pump showing the position of all the internal components. With the detail and clarity of the pictures taken it enabled me to reassemble my pump back to it's original condition. That's what I call great customer service.

I had a problem which I couldn’t ascertain if it was battery or charger. My drill was 18 months old. I messaged Amtech with my details. The same day I had a phone call and because it was under their 2 year warranty they would send me one by return post. The day after it was delivered but I was out. I had a call from Steve at Amtech checking I received it which I said I will check when home. It was there and next day Steve rang again to check I had it. What great service and follow up from Amtech and I can absolutely recommend their products and in particular their after sales service. If you need a drill for work and need good support for your tooling then this is the company you should use.

THANK YOU! Unbelievably fantastic customer service from this company. I had an issue with a product and received an immediate response to my email. Within a few days i had a replacement delivered. I was kept in touch of the process at every stage and received a phone call to ensure I had received the replacement.
Rarely do you get such great customer service. I thoroughly recommend this company

After a slow start I was very impressed in the way the company dealt with my warrantee claim . The warrantee claim was agreed in a day y and delivered the following day. Very impressed and thought-out I was kept informed by email every step of the way. Would be happy to recommend the company to others.

We bought the garden fork on the 19th March in Elgin and it broke on first use. We contacted the company on our return to England and customer service were fabulous and popped me through to Steve who immediately arranged a replacement. The replacement arrived on the 24th March. Fantastic service and we like the product too.

Ordered a spray bottle via ebay which came with a 3 year warranty, a year in the button broke on the spray bottle, I contacted them with all the information for the warranty claim and they replaced it for a new item, no problem, great service and great communication throughout. Thanks!
