We’ve been working with AMZ Advisers to grow our two Amazon accounts, and the difference has been clear. We run a small innovative pet business that requires a nuanced approach to advertising, meaning that we have to get pretty specific and the team at AMZ has been wonderful. They have helped us to reactivate our account, which we would've never been able to do ourselves. Painful as it is, things take time on platforms like Amazon. Boban has been excellent at ensuring everything stays on track and that the team is executing at a high level. Alex has been very helpful in evaluating additional products to add to our lineup and providing solid research to support those recommendations. Overall, having AMZ Advisors manage our Amazon channel has allowed us to run our business more effectively overall. Best-selling products were discounted without approval, causing immediate losses. Amazon later flagged documents submitted on my behalf as “forged or manipulated,” which put my account at risk.
After termination, a £1,500 refund was requested and acknowledged in writing but never processed, leading to an Amex dispute.
As a seller with 10+ years’ experience, this was not an Amazon issue, it was a delivery issue. Would not recommend.

I’m overall very satisfied with AMZ Advisers.
I’ve been doing online marketing myself for over 25 years — from the early days of Overture/Yahoo, then Google AdWords, and pretty much every other form of online advertising that followed. Over the years, I’ve built several companies, so I’m very familiar with digital marketing and Amazon operations. Because of that background, I’ve always been skeptical about working with agencies.
At a certain point, though, I realized my time had become more valuable than trying to do everything myself. I decided to work with an agency, and AMZ Advisers was one of the options I evaluated. I’m happy to say I chose them.
After a couple of months, they started doing many things better than I was doing on my own — communication, efficiency, handling Amazon issues, solving cases with Amazon support, and overall account management. Everything met my expectations, and most importantly, I gained back a lot of time by no longer having to manage every detail myself.

A great partner for end-to-end Amazon Success
We have had a great experience working with AMZ Advisors. Their team has provided a one-stop-shop that helps on all of our needs. From helping improve our listings, visuals and content, and managing our advertising - AMZ Advisors has always been timely with their deliverables and allows our brand team to focus on brand planning while being reassured that the daily maintanence of our listings are being cared for by AMZ.
Incompetent and didn't deliver any value
AMZ Advisers was everything I was afraid an Amazon agency would be and none of what I had hoped they would be. They made no effort to understand my needs or the nature of my business and just lost us a lot of money in a short time. They took over 3 months to create creative content for just two listings; other agencies I have worked with finished this in 1-2 weeks. They started advertising before optimizing the listings, completely ignored the authorized ad budget and spent 3x the max budget in one month on ad campaigns that had ROAS of 60%+. They didn't deliver any of the creative files to us - only uploaded them to Amazon - and didn't deliver editable versions of the files, which is standard practice. They delivered listings with inaccurate information (listed ingredients that our product does not contain), demonstrated unfamiliarity with basic information about our market, showed no concern for profitability and were just all around pretty incompetent.
As background, we have been selling on Amazon for over a decade, though we are small. I know my way around Amazon and have worked with prior agencies. I'm not naive and inexperienced in this world.

Much if their response are flat out lies. I have the emails and documents to prove so:
- before even having the first call with AMZ Advisers, I informed them of the constraints we were working with - tight margins, limited SKUs, a competitive category, etc as well as the product listings. I asked them before having the first call, whether given these constraints they thought they could make a substantial difference and made it clear that we would need to see a clear ROI within a few months. They said they could work with all of those and that we could expect to see a return within 3-4 months.
- they did not deliver much of what they said they did. They delivered no video, they delivered no source files for creative assets, they didn't even deliver hi-res versions of the assets - they just uploaded to Amazon and never gave us copies of the files. They delivered one monthly report when I brought it to their attention, and then they promptly forgot about it again (or maybe didn't deliver reports because they would have shown how much money they were losing us.) They also never factored landed costs or COGS into their financial analysis.
- the ad budget was specified during the onboarding paperwork, as well as my initial calls with them; they completely ignored it and took another month AFTER I brought up that they spent twice the budget, before they got it under control
- We did not receive a full refund. They refunded the final month, we charged back what we could with the credit card, but we did unfortunately pay for a month or two.

It takes time
We started 5 months ago on amazon with amz advisors. Sales were slow and we have not been profitable.
That said, like any channel, amazon takes time. Now, we have a clear path to profitability and have been doubling sales month over month.
We also have a great team that takes great care of us. Andrea and Sofia have been very great in terms of, transparency, fixing issues, and speed.

I’m relatively new to selling on Amazon, which is why I hired AMZ Advisors: I needed a partner I could trust for transparency and guidance. My company already generates over $1 million in annual revenue, yet after 8 months of working with AMZ Advisors, we had zero sales on Amazon.
From the start, they told us we’d see traction within three months and projected $500,000 in our first year. Not only did we fail to see any traction, but we didn’t record a single sale—an outcome that’s hard to fathom given their initial promises.
The team also pulled a bait-and-switch: sales calls were handled by Americans, but the actual day-to-day operations were run overseas. I wouldn’t have minded that if the work had been competent—unfortunately, it wasn’t.
We paid $4,000 per month for eight months—over $25,000 in total—with nothing to show for it. Every time we raised concerns, they shifted blame back to us or claimed we needed to spend more or change strategies.
One of my biggest concerns from day one was selling our custom products on Amazon with their longer production times. AMZ Advisors brushed off these concerns, insisting it wouldn’t be an issue. Not only was it an issue, but Amazon canceled customer orders—even when we were shipping within our stated timeframe. We had already produced most of those orders when they were canceled.
Their execution was painfully slow: it took them three months just to list three products. We have over 100 items, but they barely got five live in the entire engagement.
This partnership was profitable for AMZ Advisors but a complete loss for us. The experience was frustrating, costly, and unprofessional from start to finish.
I strongly recommend that no one hires AMZ Advisors. They overpromise, under-deliver, and shift blame when things go wrong.
I've been selling on Amazon for 12 years
I started my Amazon FBA business back in 2013. Things were a lot different back then and the average entrepreneur could keep up with managing their own Amazon Seller Central account. However, in the last 5 years things have changed drastically and I've lost two full-time assistants over the difficulty of managing Amazon Seller Central concerning international shipping, suspensions, case resolution, and most of all the dreaded PPC campaigns. AMZ Advisers is the ONLY safe option for me at this point. They can handle all of the above mentioned and much more. If you are considering starting an e-commerce business and your planning to include selling on the Amazon marketplace, I would not recommend doing it alone! Navigating the Amazon.com world can be a nightmare full of land mines! Your money is at risk unless you have a professional team like AMZ Advisers working for you.
