Klaidas and his team have deep knowledge of Amazon PPC and advertising in general. They can help also with optimising images and A+ content. They know what a person wants to see and how to make a product more appealing.
In terms of performance if you are not an expert in PPC you can definitely notice big difference in traffic and sales, but if the product and the price is crap, don't expect miracles. Keep in mind, that if you want to have good advertising performance and strategy, you need to have healthy margins.
