Both Sam Wilson and Vanessa Smith, from their accents likely not their real names, appear to be slick con artists! My discussions began with Vanessa who soon disappeared and in popped Sam who claimed to be Vanessa's superior. Sam made what now appear to be fake claims that he singularly launched the world wide entity named Westclox onto Amazon's platform, which in the moment lent impressive credibility to his expertise.
I asked Sam if we might meet face to face on Zoom but he was busy. So I settled for an emailed photo which was likely an AI generated fake with no verifiable connection to his name. Post receiving his photo I first asked for some proof that the photo was connected to him perhaps on social media. When he refused, I secondly requested to meet both him and Vanessa on Zoom. He volunteered Vanessa but related that he would NEVER meet and would not EVER do business with ANYONE who insisted upon meeting him face to face! (Did he learn to establish this rule in How To Succeed in Fake Commerce 101?) Nonetheless, I kindly expressed that I would understand if the emailed photo was not actually one of himself.
However, I did insist that since he was to be my project manager and sole point of contact, that meeting him face to face was a deal breaker. Post my expressing the need to establish trust by meeting him on Zoom, his text messages that followed rendered the tone and appearance of typical excuses proffered by an untrustworthy, perhaps shady individual attempting to hide their true identity.
Sam defended his refusal to meet by labeling me a superficial person because of my desire to see his face. He then quickly pivoted to demanding I dispense with further discussions and immediately move forward with a credit card payment or he would otherwise increase the price of his services. He offered the stunning gesture that I was not at risk because if things failed to work out with their services, I could always request a refund from my bank - not from his company!
I found it curious that Sam did not at all appear to be shaken or moved by my requests to meet insisting that the numbers he provided were sufficient. He rather shifted the blame to me and insisted on payment NOW! His cavalier dismissal of my concerns coupled with his unapologetic MO rendered the appearance of classic con artist tactics!
I came very close to engaging the services of Amz with a contract money back guarantee signed by Sam Wilson of $10k profit by 30 days on three combined platforms of TikTok, eBay and Amazon. I sought to purchase two sets of the three stores, one for me and another for my daughter. Sam offered to later add two Walmart stores at no charge solely on his word but absent in the contract.
Sam refused to reveal any real time stats of existing accounts with $10k profit results on TikTok and eBay which are the platforms that would generate the bulk of the $10k profits in 30 days. Vanessa emailed a screenshot of a Temu account and Sam showed us an Amazon account on Zoom but again refused to show his face. Neither accounts shown were reflective of $10k initial profit claims.
Sam claimed to not know who owns Amz and the only Amz proof provided was an expired LLC.
Vanessa indicated on a Thursday that she and her staff would be unavailable for a Zoom the next day Friday as all were preparing to hunker down at home due to hurricane warnings - yet she was unaware of her location in Florida, first relating she was on the east coast and then the gulf. I checked the weather service to learn that there were NO hurricane watches or warnings in the entire state!
I was recently contacted by a third Amz rep with a different Amz address who was previously with Amz Solutions Hub. Each claim to not know one another or of other Amz Innovators offices.
BOTTOMLINE: Take extreme precaution before investing thousands in upfront dollars with these apparently fake named, faceless pretenders!!
To Amz: You well know there are NO inaccuracies, Sam, nor have I exaggerated my Amz experience! This defamatory, tone deaf, lying reponse is shameful! Rather than take this opportunity to make amends with me and re-assure the public, you doubled down on shady in support of my very complaint of hidden staff identities! Your business practices do not comport with trusted BBB standards in the US!

UPDATE: On April 2, 2026, I received a menacing, threatening toned phone call from Dell of Amz accusing me of making "misleading" statements because, by his standards, I was unqualifed to submit a review as I was not an Amz paid client. Yet, at the same time he was fully aware of the accuracy of my review by his very admission that he had read my texts with Sam!

Despite this, our team dedicated extensive time over multiple sessions to provide you with detailed explanations, live account demonstrations, and full transparency regarding our processes.
Your claims regarding guaranteed profits are entirely false. At no point do we offer or promote guaranteed earnings, and such representations are not part of our agreements, communications, or company policy. Any projections discussed are clearly presented as estimates based on market conditions and are never guaranteed outcomes.
Additionally, your statements implying fraudulent behavior, fake identities, or misrepresentation are serious allegations made without evidence. Our team operates under strict professional standards, and we do not participate in personal verification requests such as FaceTime calls or sharing personal identification, as these fall outside standard business practices and internal compliance policies.
It is also important to note that repeated requests for additional demonstrations, meetings, and personal validation were accommodated well beyond a reasonable scope, despite no formal engagement. After months of discussions without progression, it became clear that there was a fundamental misalignment in expectations.
