Beautiful shirt. I surprised my husband with it.

Products are good quality but.. shirts run extremely small! I also ordered a mug which barely holds 8oz. So not the greatest rating.

I just love my shirt! When I first received my shirt, the printing was a little blurry. I contacted customer service and they got right back to me and print me another one immediately. I received it in a few days and it was perfect! I will use definitely use them again and tell my friends.

Shirt was way too long for a woman. I wanted a refund. I was immediately told no refund. It was "custom made", can't be resold. Yet they are still selling them. No where on the order form did it say absolutely no returns or refund. I've only dealt with one other company that refuse a return. Don't do business with this company. And their shirt is way overpriced too

First let me say that the shirt is great and my husband loves it. I then decided to order one for my son but made a mistake and entered my son's address of mine in the billing section. I realized this after the order had been placed so I immediately contacted PayPal. I was told that I had to contact the company and they gave me an #800 number which I thought was great but it didn't turn out that way at all.

Efforts to get to talk to a person failed as everything on your phone system is automated. It asked for an order number which I gave but it said it was unrecognizable. What the hell! I then tried emailing the company and received a message that my email address was incorrect. How can that be because it's the same address that I just received an email from you? This has been such a frustrating experience for me and not being able to make a change of billing address I hope that the order isn't delayed as it is a gift.

As of now I have no complaints. I shared my experience previously. I am giving the shirt to my son for his 50th. birthday, he is a Tigers fan through and through. Hoping it will fit. Waiting for the sweatshirt to arrive. So far very pleased.
