The support team is very prompt and reverts quickly to emails. AMZScout have everything related to supporting new and pro sellers to help them in choosing product categories, products, evaluate and compare competitors data analysis and so on. Beware of monthly limits.
The product t works as expected but the pricing model is deciptive. After paying for a subscription, I hit monthly limits that are not listed on the main pricing page. When I contacted support it was pointed out that those limits are defined in the 'terms of service'. The fine print. And I can spend more to get past them. I'm sure it's legal but deceptive as hell.
