Shoulder brace cut pain during workout by 90%. Original brace ripped after only a few months and customer support took care of it without hesitation

Using the Anaconda elbow braces was a game changer. Had tried many other but none helped as these did. Also ordered shoulder brace but ordered wrong size. Customer Service was amazing. Extremely responsive and helpful to make exchange. Was really impressed by how timely they are. Definitely will be my go to for braces/gear/etc. So grateful I found Anaconda. I can lift again without pain. Thank you.

The size S was snug, and I believed that a medium would yield better results. The company exchanged the product and provided a swift response. Within a day of contacting them, they were actively working on a solution and had shipped me a replacement within two days. This experience was exceptional, and the customer service was outstanding.

Be aware if you're ordering from the EU. The import duties and customs fees were extremely high, almost 50% of my total order value. These additional costs were not made transparent before purchase, which was very disappointing. The unexpected charges make it hard to recommend ordering from the EU.

51 year old starting a BJJ journey, I have braces for both knees just to make sure I don't tweak anything and I can say it helps me move like a kid again and helps keep that mat rash off my knees. The straps are great added support as well. First day they were a little tight but they break in quick and are perfect!!

Anaconda has gone above and beyond what most company’s will do for you! I had ordered 2 elbow and 2 knee braces and they didn’t fit! I reached out and they were wanting to help me! Well I had to end up moving around for about a month before I was able to ship them in! I reached back out and support went above the standard and ended up getting me taken care of even tho I was past the 30 day return/exchange policy! A few days later we figured out what I needed I shipped the old ones in and they shipped out my new ones that fit !

Great customer service and follow up.

The first day that we received the knee braces for my daughter, she realized they were too small. We had measured her, and were right between sizes, and per the size guide we sized down. I emailed about wanting to exchange, and within a couple hours got a response back about how we would do the exchange. They couldn't have made it easier, and the new ones were on their way within that same day. The customer service I experienced was top notch! These are the types of companies that I want to keep shopping with in the future, and will!
