Horrible!!
Horrible!!! I bought two bangle bracelets and within 5 months the plating was rubbed off. I filed a “warranty” claim and got them replaced. This time they only lasted 4 months. Total waste of money. Do not buy from them.

Horrible Customer Sergice
I ordered a necklace and it accidentally went to the wrong address. After placing the order it took me a few hours before I could talk to someone about it. I had gotten my shipping address changed. They said everything was good. It got sent to the wrong address still. Now after losing my purchase I can’t get a new one or get a refund. There customer service team is horrible. I can’t even talk to a real person.

They take your money and even though they promise in writing the option to add a note, once questioned about this they say "we no longer offer that service". So your gift recipient will have no idea who the gift is from and even better they will need to wrap it themselves. I asked to cancel my order they immediately after learning this - but they did not respond. I reached out again a day later but then they said "sorry now it's too late". The product hadn't shipped yet, they just did not want to help.

I had a very disappointment experience…
I had a very disappointment experience with this company. I ordered a special gift for a 21st birthday. The first package arrived and did not contain the item. The second replacement package arrived and did not include the item. I'm not scrambling for a replacement gift. Something very wrong with their fulfillment process.

Opt out of AL luxe before checking out
Just ordered some earrings from this site, after having some that I loved but sadly lost. What was really sneaky was opening my order confirmation and seeing an AL Luxe membership in the email, but no price next to it. I didn’t even realize this was added. You have to opt out of this membership before proceeding to checkout, do not miss this step or you’ll be charged $4 for the initial fee, then $50 monthly! Feels like it’s purposefully hidden in the UX (I work in UX so I feel like I can tell). You can cancel in your account (once you make one), but definitely shady business practices, and quite odd for a jewelry website to have a membership this expensive? I’ve never experienced this before shopping online, so beware before completing your purchase!

Watch out for Ana Luisa Luxe- an EXPENSIVE monthly membership they automatically sign you up for without your permission to rack up "credit" on your account that you have to spend. It's so hard to cancel. Trying to get a refund, but it's difficult because there's no customer service to call.

Poor Quality
In short: unreliable quality. Bought the necklace in store; it breaks less than a month later. Then the replacement breaks. By now, I’m outside of the refund window and I’m only being offered YET ANOTHER replacement or store credit. Customer service responds quickly but rigidly attach to a policy that doesn’t bear in mind the quality of their products. How is one expected to trust a product that has repeatedly failed?

Worse service ever
As a consumer i expect full service i purchased two items for my wife the order was cancelled for unknown reasons i repeated this order 6 times each time it was cancelled they refuse to inform me why it was cancelled my cards are all good with plenty of funds they do not provide a phone number to call and speak with customer service only by text message and they never answer you properly to your question !!!! Secondly they will not inform you why the order was cancelled not even by the email because it’s done they a third party that cancelled my order! It’s a violation of my rights to know what is the reason for cancellation my orders ! Items never received and horrible customer service
Ordered two pairs of earrings and when I hadn't heard anything after two weeks I sent a message through their website. When after another week with no response I sent them a direct email and am still yet to hear back. I ordered on the 15th of April and it is now the 7th of may and the only email I’ve received in this time frame is the confirmation email. Do not buy from the uk site.

The AL Luxe "Trap"
After making a purchase, I was surreptitiously enrolled in their "AL Luxe" membership, which carries a staggering fee of nearly $50.00 per month. While they claim this is disclosed at checkout, it is clearly buried to trick customers. I have no memory of opting in, nor was there a clear way to opt out during the transaction.
Even worse, their "payment confirmation" system feels intentionally deceptive. They sent my subscription notification in the middle of the night, claiming I had only one hour to cancel before being charged. It’s a blatant attempt to catch people while they’re sleeping so the company can pocket the fee.
Harassment and Legal Violations
The marketing tactics are nothing short of invasive:
• Inundation: I have been flooded with spam emails and texts.
