Dishonest

I ordered a pair of earrings on 3/5/26 and I get a email after I bought them the next day saying their charging my credit card over the price of the earrings 3.95 and then another 49.00. Nothing showed this when I was buying the earrings. Doesn't even say why their doing it. I went into my Paypal account and they had put an auto charge without my permission. I canceled the auto charge. Be careful of this company. Very dishonest.

Do not trust this company!

Do not trust this company!! There is a difference between jewelry being
Elegant and childlike I purchased several pieces was not impressed. The bracelet didn’t fit so the bracelet I paid $69 for they’re trying to give me a $40 refund disputing it but do not trust them This company replied and continues to lie I returned a bracelet that may fit a 5yr old I paid $69.00 and they refunded $40.00 they took the sale discount they gave on 5 items off the ONE returned item the difference being $40.00 when again I paid this company.$69 DO NOT TRUST THEM!! Bracelet was originally $89 So I guess they feel taking another $30 off my return is good business I think not and they’ll give you the run around they could careless they’re robbing you blind because they already have your money I have documents proving what I paid and the amount of the return just wish I could attach!! Shop at your own risk Should’ve sent all of it back but since it’s like cheap child’s jewelry I’ll give to my 4yr grand child

I bought my puff heart necklace which, in a few months started tarnishing. I made them aware and the return was quick and easy which I am extremely happy with. I wanted the same necklace so they replaced and received in a few days. Thank you!

Inordered one piece of jewelry

Inordered one piece of jewelry. They have my credit card on file the next month they sent me another piece that I did not order. I contacted them and they told me “no refunds on custom pieces”. The charm said “intense” on it. I never ordered that or even considered a charm, let alone with that printed on it. It has been another month and I just received a “confirmation” of my new purchase again. I never ordered anything. You cannot sign in on their website to cancel any order or remove credit card info. DO NOT buy from them

Fake materials

Bought 2 pairs of earings which were pretty expansive and guaranteed 100% silver & gold plated. I still get very bad allergic reaction from them which means theyre not what they claim to be and use cheap materials.

Great Quality and Customer Service

Not only is the jewelry great quality, but the customer service is also wonderful. I am a returning customer and this time around, my package get stolen from my mailbox.
