Order my product on November 15,2025 my…

Order my product on November 15,2025 my product showed up December 28,2025. It was Christmas gifts that was needed by December 20,2025. I contact them several times about tracking which was non existent. I tried to return the package since I didn’t need it anymore and all I got was a run a round . I went back and forth with them for almost a week trying to get a return address from them, which they never gave me. They said keep the item and we will refund you $23 , my order was way over $100. But still no return address. They are a scam do not order from them.
