Art of deception

The following poem tells exactly how this company operates:
Genuine Fraud.
Anyone who has spent,
A life telling lies.
To people.
Including themselves;
Done from a teaching to learn process.
With incredible expertise and ease.
Would know nothing about honesty.
Or the value of truth to keep prioritised.
Unless they have been made to perceive,

Fraud and deceiving is a skill.
And the quality of it provides for them,
Status!
Acceptance.
And undending limitless benefits.

This is scam company

This a scam company for the following reasons:
1. They use Bitcoin to transfer funds, no respectable trading platform would transfer funds using cryptocurrency.
2. They pressurise you to keep on adding money to the account.
3. They use Anydesk to monitor your transactions.
4. They persuade you to take on debt to make money, reputable traders say "Do not trade what you can afford to lose". They have opposite ideas.
5. They control the platform you are trading on, so they make money when lose or make money on the trades.
6. They intend to make you lose all your money.
7. They persuade you to add more money but you lose it all.
8. When you lost all your money the option they give you is to trade your way out situation, but you end up losing all your money because of their bad investment advice.
9. Once you lost all your money they give you details of scammers to try and scam you with advanced cryptocurrency payment fraud.

Just don't deal with these scammers.

Scammers believe the detailed negative reviews on trustpilot and expert reviews on other portals and the warning by the Financial Conduct Authority

Scammers! Believe the detailed negative reviews on trustpilot and expert reviews on other portals and the Financial Conduct Authority warning.
I read an article that described how someone made a lot of money trading with analysque. When I filled out an enquiry form with them, I immediately received a call where they promised a full training on trading that would make me an expert, with an initial investment of $150. I stupidly went through with it, the money was transferred indirectly in cryptocurrency via a platform. After I signed up, my assigned ‘trainer” told me that I’d actually need $250 to be able to trade, but could withdraw this money at any point. So I transferred the remaining funds to be able to start trading. The promised training sessions hardly ever happened. My point of contact hardly ever made the appointments and when he did, was trying to convince me to add more money and trade in gold. It all started to look really weird, so I looked for reviewers online, where people shared similar experiences, reporting cases where they couldn’t withdraw their funds. I luckily managed to trick them into letting me withdraw my funds. After I had my money back, I emailed them to say I wanted to close my account. Several months later, they started harassing me with daily calls from cloned uk numbers, trying various techniques to get more money from me.

Withdrawal not Processed even after contacting them

Basically my withdrawal request does not get processed. I of course contacted them and ignored so I sent a last email reply warning them if you don't process my withdrawal I'll write a bad review and gave time to reply by a deadline and ignored no reply and no call. So here is the review honouring my word and yes I have evidence. Overall a broker trading company is useless if you can't get your money out it's classed as a SCAM

Not Processing Withdrawal even after email warning first

I have an account all went well in the beginning joined from a utube add minimum deposit was $250. I put an extra $113 after successful trades with Dia as my broker and even did a withdrawal of $50 thats why I put more but when I said I wanted to withdraw the money all of it Dia got upset and said I cant. I put withdraw request but not processed. Any how a few weeks went by and about to take action then Andy Lavin rang me and asked me how was my experiance and I said bad as withdrawals was not honored someone else rang before and after telling him about my withdrawal request said only with a 60% fee can I recieve my withdrawal I said that is theft and after some insults hanged up. All this time I contacted support about my withdrawal and nothing . Andy apologized being the manager and asked for one last try and said I can recieve all funds except the credit company gave which was $42 which was ok with me so I gave Andy a go. He gave me a few trades to do and was good but then wasnt in contact with me much after a few weeks past and got inpatient then sent message for Andy to call me and he didnt call then I put new request for withdrawal after waiting long enough and withdrawal not processed it became obvious this is a SCAM company but I sent one last email to Andy and support giving one last opportunity to process my withdrawal of $354.20 but no reply or call back and in email said will leave a bad review if not processed so here I am writing this bad review but I warned them first. Do not have anything to do with this company Analystque they only want you to deposit will allow a small withdrawal if they think your going to put large deposit. Your withdrawal requests will not be approved your at brokers mercy you dont have control. Its a SCAM company

Analystque for pity sake don’t go with them they are crooks bent on ruining peopleI went with Analystque after seeing an…

I went with Analystque after seeing an advert for another site landed up with analyst.all was fine with my cautious trading trebled my money in two months. Then calls for more investment until I was cleared out then trades went negative and then the account manager took over the account and came up with a plan that involved me taking out loans up to 100k the finance dept matched it with credits and I was assured they would cover the cost of the loans and repay in three months I was directed to the loan sites told what to put in the application including inflating my income and got the loans but two weeks in no payment from analyst. They had no intention of paying negative trades closed as there was no hope of a near market turnaround and all the loan money was soaked up and credits withdrawn. I made it clear I couldn’t afford them but was repeatedly assured they would be paid for and covered they are not. My account stands at 0 and I face bankruptcy. I only went into this to get some money together to make a more comfortable retirement as it is that’s ruined and at 64 I face losing everything, because of bad advice and pressure to go along paths that would lead to disaster. My future is now in tatters and I would say to anyone who is thinking of investing with them contact just fell way from the manager Analystque say he tried to contact me several times but as I explained to him signal here is poor and calls can get missed gave my landline just in case but no reply or email unless he had an appointment to call then no reply to answered mails.DONT. For pity sake hold on to your cash you won’t get it back and you life will be ruined as they prey in the vulnerable.all Analystque have to say is if you can’t afford to loose money don’t trade with us. Hmm so basically hard luck. This situation came about from bad direction from the account manager getting me into a situation that could only end in disaster as every day a negative trade runsvthe swap fees are horrendous and will mount to such a degree there is no hope of a sufficient turn around to cover everything.

Scam

Scam, can’t be trusted. Brokers calling 3 or 4 times a day. Having decided that I’d had enough I followed their refund process but it was ignored and no communication issued as to why THEN they took all of my remaining funds as an account inactivity charge. I called their service desk who said they’d pass it on to the relevant team but cooukdn’t/wouldn’t tell me which team? I’ve had different people calling claiming to be acting on behalf of FINRA or FCA because the brokers are fraudulent. Had refund offers varying from £2k to £18k / from an initial £200 but then asking for a 10% deposit to secure the refund and/or wanting to access my devices to secure the refund. Shocking company!!

Please avoid the positive reviews!!
The negative reviews summarise well the experience majority of users have…the positive reviews are as untrustworthy as this company. PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME with AnalystQue.
This is a scam…and offshore, so your money is not safe with them and you will lose money. Fortunately I lost only a few hundred dollars, but just don’t go near them!

Avoid like the plague.

I invested the minimum I could and then suddenly had to go to hospital due to a serious illness. I asked my trader to refund me but got nothing. Then I kept being pestered to invest more as all of my money had gone. I asked them to stop calling but still I get called every day from people with English names and foreign accents and when I complain they hang up.
Avoid like the plague!

Is there anything that can be done to stop these people being on Google websites and other forums?

Please read this before trading on the…

The biggest scam I have ever been involved in. Like the others, I joined this platform after seeing an advert on TV to offset the cost of the funerals following 3 Covid-19 related deaths in the family, one of them my other half. The 1st account manager initially was persuasive about depositing money. Despite depositing over US5000, I only had small profitable trades ranging from US$11.14 to US$319.80, making a total profit of US$1237.73 over 2 months and withdrew only USD290. His rationale was “not to expose me too much”. He then "advised" on 4 trades with 2 major ones, USD/JPY and BTCUSD, which lost me $3,679.95 and $1,151.09 respectively. In total I lost US$4998.57, which was almost all of my investment within a month. On 6 June I wrote to him asking if I could close the loss-making trades and walk away from trading as it was too risky for me. He said it was unreasonable of me to do that and that I needed to deposit more money, up to USD10000 and then he would top it up with another USD5000 from his company. I said what I had deposited was enough to earn me a decent return, but he said this was “only a small amount”. He was more worried about his reputation than my request to stop trading. Each time I was being told I did not understand how trading works, that I was not losing money but that it was “just a minus”. When I insisted on leaving, he sent me an email with details of one of his profit-making clients to try to persuade me to deposit more but I declined. After this, we fell out and he referred me to a 2nd account manager, whose prescription, despite this huge loss was for me to top up my account to USD10000 or he could stuff it with someone's money, but I said no to both. After a few weeks a 3rd account manager came my way who said he was going to “hedge” my account. This he did by adding USD2500 of his organisation's or someone else’s money, traded in palladium which earned some profit and advised that I close all 4 loss making trades, advice I took. He then took back his USD2500. After this I told him again this type of trading is too risky for me and would like to leave the platform. I even sent him an email with the tolerability of risk pyramid explaining that beyond a certain level risk cannot be tolerated but he would not listen. I have since refused to do further trading and on 26/07/22 I asked to withdraw US$2000 which was rejected because of what I was told is an issue with the margin as shown below.
REQUEST DATE STATUS TRADING ACCOUNT METHOD AMOUNT ACTION
11/08/2022 19:26 Pending #1047945 Bitcoin Wallet $9,760.20
07/08/2022 18:33 Rejected #1047945 Bitcoin Wallet $9760.20
01/08/2022 10:04 Rejected #1047945 Bitcoin Wallet $ 9,760.20
26/07/2022 11:48 Rejected #1047945 Bitcoin Wallet $ 2,000.00
31/05/2022 08:52 Approved #1047945 Bitcoin Wallet $ 290.00
After insisting on making a withdrawal he sent me a zoom link with the same bitcoin wallet ID I had been sent to make the initial deposit onto the platform. He then pretended to help me out but rather than withdraw, he asked me to click on deposit and took me through the process of depositing money onto the platform. We then got to a page with a list of several banks so I could click on mine to complete the transaction. I said the money needed to be moved to the bank which had been used to make the initial deposit, which was not on this list. When I insisted on using this bank, he appeared upset, said I was argumentative and then he gave up when it was obvious he was not getting his way. Like the other 2 managers, the intention was to get me to deposit more money. He then promised me that the 1st account manager would help me with the withdrawal, and he never got in touch. On Monday, 01/08/22 I used the chat within the trading platform to request a reason for rejecting my withdrawal request and spoke with someone who promised to inform the account manager to get in touch with me. They did not. Soon after I put a request to withdraw all my money and that has been rejected as shown above. While I acknowledge speaking with someone after the request to withdraw US$2000, they spoke about the margin and said if I wanted to do the withdrawal, I had to follow their advice regarding the margin, meaning to trade or deposit more money which he said is in the "legal" T&Cs.
As of 11/08/22 my account was as below:
analystQue LIVE Free Margin $ 9,760.21
Used Funds $ 0.00 Equity $ 9,760.21
Total Open P/L $ 0.00 Margin Level 0.00% NEW
As shown, I have this much money in the account, a 0% margin level with no open trades and yet all my withdrawal requests have been rejected with no reason given. In the meanwhile, I take it I have lost all money and I write this to warn others against using this platform and to ignore the positive reviews. Such impunity shows they are above the law or have the Analystque owner(s)' blessing. If this changes I will update here.

Scammers from day 1

I learnt the hard way that they are scammers preying on vulnerable people with nice reassuring words and promise to deliver. If they contact you block them as they will keep on calling you and smooth talk you to squeeze more money out of you. I hope they get what they deserve. I intend to post videos online telling my story to make sure that no one has to go through the same thing and name them and shame them on any social media platform.

A BIG THANK YOU TO DAVID PANTELI AND THE WHOLE TEAM!!!
As I read through the comments I sit and wonder – how come there is people that are not happy with the service? I’ve only received excellent service from my account manager, customer support and financial department…
I also want to say that for years now I am working with analystque and I managed to quit the job I hated and finally retire in comfort.
My manager to whom I will be FOREVER GRATEFUL - DAVID PANTELI is helping me on the weekly basis. We've had hard times on the market. We even used a couple of financing options a while ago but we managed to cover the monthly payments for a few months and then payed everything that was left!
I currently have 2 accounts -one is long term and one for short term and events (more than 250 000USD all together)
At one point around an year ago I even took 60 000$ profits out so that I pay off what was left of my mortgage!!! Nowadays I only need 2- 4000 a month and I prefer to reinvest the rest!
THANK YOU AND BE BLESSED!!!
