Terrible bad. I made a purchase not a 📧 to notified my purchase or anything 8days later. Here just wearing and wearing.

I made my order 21 days ago and I have not received my product.
I sent an email asking for ETA but no answer yet.

Placer order on April 19th, today is the 28th and there is no shipping confirmation received yet. Three emails later to customer service and have yet to receive a reply. Looks like is standard practice for them as per the reviews. Will call my bank directly and cancel the transaction.

Never received my product, and after trying to contact the company via email several times (since there is no phone number), they never responded. I feel scammed and left with no product.

I place and order two days ago and I paid for the 2 day delivery fee and I haven’t seen the product neither a notification of estimate day delivery.

I made an order with premium shipping since it was time sensitive. Not only it didn’t arrive on time but it didn’t arrive at all. They don’t answer my emails either and no phone number to call for customer service.

I havent been taking the product long, but ny order was placed quick and received in a timely manner

This review is not about the product itself, as I haven't received it yet. I am writing this because I placed my order on March 4th and have not received a tracking number or any updates on my order status. I have sent two messages via your website with no response. The customer service is very poor; it's impossible to get in touch with anyone to investigate. I hope the product arrives eventually, but the lack of communication is unacceptable.
