Went for a yearly service

Went for a yearly service. My car had no obvious issue with it I'm my opinion and I just wanted a quick check over it.
I received a call saying I will need two new tyres which I agreed on.
When the car was ready I got a call to say the service price was 1070 euro.
There was no communication regarding all the extra prices.
They even put new wipes on the car that wernt necessary.
If I was informed about this I wouldn have gone ahead with the service.
On the plus side they offered me a free airfreshner.
Very bad service and communication.

OMG Don't use or encourage this guy

Don't use or encourage this guy - ignorance and arrogance is all I experienced. I have a old car that needed some work done. After explaining I could get the repair part he turned his back to me marched off, mid-conversation saying no secondhad parts. Awful annoying character and who puts only new parts on a very old car.
