Never again
We stopped using this restaurant for takeaways because the food generally arrived cold. Today, as a treat for Valentines day, my husband thought he'd try again. Order was placed with delivery time requested between 6.15pm and 6.45pm. At 7pm my husband rang to ask where it was. It was finally delivered at about 7.10pm. Great except that it wasn't OUR food order. Another call to the restaurant, apologies, resend out a fresh order........
At 7.45pm the driver turns up with the original order and apologised for his mistake. Well, guess what, by this time the food wasn't even edible without being reheated. My husband had taken his diabetic medication expecting to eat at 7pm ish, my food was prawn based so not reheatingthat. Not at all happy and to add insult to injury, we were advised that there was no way a refund could processed before Tuesday because that's when the manager would be in.
To be fair we were offered a newly cooked order (again) but by this time of night, neither of us are able to eat. 7pm was pushing it anyway. Unfortunately, although the food is usually delicious, we will definitely never order a takeaway again from this establishment.
