Please do not buy from this company. They are unprofessional and do not reply to any emails, requesting information or refund of monies. My order is showing as '62 days in transit'. It's a SCAM.

I ordered a couple of rings over a…

I ordered a couple of rings over a month ago. Now I didn’t expect too much for the price but no email confirmation, no products ever delivered but the money was taken from my account immediately. I tried to research/track my order but I have no order number, only the date they took my money. Live and learn, luckily not out too much money. Going out of business or not, they are getting money for nothing. Avoid at all costs!

Dreadful customer service.

Placed an order on 13 July for two items. The cheaper item arrived fairly quickly. After 2 weeks I emailed to check on the status of the second. I was told it would be despatched immediately. A week later I had no notification of despatch. I emailed again. No response. After 20 business days had passed (delivery is quoted as 5-18 business days) I emailed again. No response. Have now contacted my bank to dispute the charge, which they have done so and refunded me the money. Would not shop with them again - just wish I'd read the reviews first.

Scam

Scam. Placed an order on June 23, 2024 and as of August 12, 2024 I have not received the products. I emailed them in mid-July and they replied that my shipment was on the way and sent me a link to a bogus tracking system which indicated my shipment has just arrived in Miami, FL. I checked the tracking link again today (Aog. 12) and it still reads as in Miami, FL with the same July 18 date. Complete and total scam.

Worse customer service I’ve ever had

Worsecustomer service I’ve ever had. Been trying to get a response for an order not delivered for weeks. Nothing. They are quick to take your money and charge you for service protection but do respond when asked to.

Poorly made product, misleading advertising, no customer service

I ordered four rings. Two of the rings were the same item, the "Elva" anniversary band. The photo showed a full band of claw-set stones in a sterling silver band.

Two of the rings I received were fine. The two anniversary style bands I received, however, were nothing at all what I ordered. They are channel-set in a ring that is most likely some plated base metal. Not marked .925 or sterling or anything. They look like something a little girl would get in a dress-up kit.

I've attempted to contact Anastasia four times: three times by email and once using the "contact us" form on their website. There's no phone number listed. I've received NO replies from them and have been trying for a week now.

Poorly made products, misleading advertising and non-existent customer service.
