This company spams and does not observe unsubscribe. They mail every day and when you ask to unsubscribe nothing happens. If it isn’t sorted this time I will raise a complaint with the data protection authority

SCAM. Won't reply to emails. I immediately returned the item I ordered as I have changed my mind. Ofcourse, there is no refund after more than a month. So I was left without the supplement and lost £29. I always check the ratings here, sadly I forgot this time.

Update: Someone finally replied to me and I finally got refund after two months or more. But not a full price, so still would not recommend.

Beware, terrible returns policy!!! I bought an item for £8.50. Was charged £4 for postage. When I tried to return it as it wasn't right for me I needed to spend another £4 on returning it. So I only recovered my postage costs in the end :(

AVOID this online retailer! Spent £50+ on items that never arrived. There's nobody you can talk to. Email is the only way to reach them. Ordered in Nov, 2022. At first, customer service apologised and responded (to say there was a delay with my order) but there has been no reply to my more recent enquiries. It's March 2023 and the issue remains unresolved. Anatome is a SCAM. Deserves ZERO rating.

Terrible customer service. Not great being the first review. Wrong item sent to me. No replacement of missing items and won't respond to emails for refund. Beware!
