Paid for one day shipping, they dropped it off at UPS a day late. Thus, delaying my shipment by 5 days. Even though I paid extra for one day delivery. One business day to be exact, I paid on Wednesday, they sent me a email lying about sending it in the mail. To get a notification two days later, my delivery would maybe come in 5 days via UPS
