Bought trial dive voucher for my wife for Christmas, and even though the envelope was addressed to me - the franked post mark with 'Andark' has given away the surprise. We're off on a holiday to the Indian Ocean and as she picked the post up after delivery it didn't take much for her to put two and two together. Shame.

Perhaps gift vouchers should be sent in unmarked envelopes.

Item ordered was not in stock & now never going to be, yet website suggested otherwise. However, quick response to offer an alternative. I requested a refund which was granted with no fuss and speedily.

I was recommended this particular make of knee pad by a friend who has done a lot of sailing. My online search led me to Andark and my principal reason for using them was free p&p. (All suppliers had the same price for the product). My package arrived the next day . The knee pads have been used dinghy sailing on holiday in Greece and were great ! I will have no hesitation using Andark again for further supplies.

Fast delivery but I feel the vouchers could be a little more professional - a handwritten amount takes some of the polish off the presentation!

Simply excellent outfit and organization that was able to effortlessly cope with various spanners thrown in! I had to delay my course... not a problem for Andark. My son couldn't equalize his ears ... not a problem for Andark - they arranged a midweek evening session for him to practise and a midweek repeat of a two day course for him ... and against all odds all four of us completed our PADI open water course successfully. A really EXCELLENT, CARING AND RESOURCEFUL set up with unparalleled resources at their disposal. When you sign up for one of these courses - you really don't know if your plans are going to be scupperred by a last minute cold or mishap. My experience with Andark means I will now always recommend them - any lesser outfit might charge you for the problems encountered - or provide you with fewer practical solutions - with Andark I feel your really are in good hands.
