Bad quality chair, even worst costumer service.
I bought a brand new Kaiser 4 chair a month ago, and the lumbar support adjusting knobs are got broken after 2 weeks. I got contacted with costumer support, who replied quickly, but didn't bother to help too much, Ultimately, they promised a replacement, but that is not happened even after 2 weeks. They gone silent, the last time i heard about them, it was more than a week ago, when i asked for an update, and they replied they are waiting for a response from the warehouse, but after that, nothing.
I am utterly frustrated, i am sitting in a broken 400£+ brand new chair, what is very badly hurting my back, because the lumbar support stucked in a very uncomfortable position, meanwhile i am waiting for the manufacturer response, but they only playing the good cop bad cop game.
Hugely disappointed with costumer service, never choosing Anda Seat again.
