Jeg forstår stadig ikke deres pris-struktur. Men lyset lyser... :-)

The human part of the assistant chat is excellent. Specially one with a nikname Michelle. The authomatic part is really poor.

We were been signed up for Andel when we moved into our apartment. For a while, everything was going well, we used Mobilepay to pay our monthly bills. Until one day, randomly, we've been sent a reminder to pay stating that we forgot our monthly payment. We could not see the late payment in the app at all and did not understadn what happened. So we contacted the customer service. Days went by and we were told that something happened at El Giganten (we did not sign anything not made any changed to our provider, definitely not at El Giganten).
Turns out, that Andel changed the email address that was connected to the account we had with them (and also used to login to the app) and did not tell us anything, resulting in our bill not being paid - cause we could not see it and it was not in the app either.
When trying to figure out what happened, initially we were met with unresponsive customer service, that could not explain what happened.
When we explained that it must have been in fact them who changed our account info and that they did not even tell us and charged us a late fee, we were told that there's nothing they can do (their reply took forever to come).
Bizarre approach and bad customer service - shame, we initially had a good experience with them.

I heard that Andel Energi is aiming to lead us into a greener, futureproof energy reality. That is great and we expect to have cheaper bills...

Andel A/S is stealing customers. I had moved from Andel to OK, in Ringsted on my former address. It was confirmed, and I received handover. 15 days later, 15th of March 2025 - I moved, within the same complex, and suddenly Andel was my supplier again, DESPITE that I had requested in writing that OK moved with me. I made a phone call and it was corrected. Then I received yet another bill from them, then I called OK - and I talked with them and they moved me back. Imagine - now again, now for the bill of April - from April 01 to April 30, Andel is "welcoming" me with yet another of their bills - yet - I have already been moved to OK.
So now enough is enough. I have spent so far 3 hours on this matter, as it is time consuming to sit and find out what happened, call the bank, try to reverse transactions, ensure that the power is not disconnected in the process - talk to OK who do not understand a thing (as naturally, THEY have not moved me back!).
I looked it up, and it occurs, or appears, that indeed Andel is stealing customers back. I am sure it is one of their "Customer Retention Strategies".
First they steal the cooperative from its rightful owners, the cooperative members, over a more than 20 years advanced legal maneuver. Then they try now to steal customers who have legally moved to other suppliers.
Andel - now do not write any more of your sorry-letters. I am not interested. I have written to you by email, and unless you compensate me for my 3 hours of lost time, and accept that I have moved over, I will sue your company for the losses plus the time spent on the case, plus the legal fees and court fees. It is utterly unacceptable.
Please do not add harm to injury by trying to answer hereunder, and try to make me call your customer service. I have been there and done that many times now, and I am tired. Anyone reading this - if you see a response from Andel hereunder, they are disrespecting this complaint. This complaint will remain until Andel has changed and reversed all stolen clients they have stolen this way, and confirmed that they have done so.
Utterly unacceptable.
Phew.
My name is David Svarrer. You can find me this way, as I am the only one with that name. Shame on you.
12 May 2025 update
Now OK whom I had changed to, cannot take back the contract which was stolen by Andel Energi A/S. I talked with them at length, a certain customer care representative named Thomas, from OK, and they could not offer to get the contract back even though I had never asked Andel to take over the bill. On the contrary, I had NOT in any way requested Andel to do so, yet, they have just billed me more than 500 kroner out of which lots is their idiotic fees.
I shall refuse to pay them. They can sue me, then I will explain in court how they have committed overreach and corruption..
I signed up with OK, and I will pay the bill via OK.
I warn you. Andel Energi is apparently totally corrupted.
How can a corporation behave like this?
Look here below. I explicitly asked them NOT to contact me. The case is clear. They need to revoke their overreach.
Outrageous.

Andel energy is spreading false information about nuclear power.
For some reason Andel uses money on a campaign against nuclear power.
This is not acceptable and is hurting the conversion to green and stable energy.
Andel makes money on unstable energy. They want to prevent stabile energy from nuclear energy to be build in Denmark
Stay away from Andel Energy.

Crazy expensive, for consumption of 67 kr (72kWh) bill is 283,88 kr of which 118,69 hidden fees…
So each bill you get is your consumption + around 100 kr of their additional fee…
