Excellent Service from Andersonbain LLP!

I recently purchased a property and Andersonbain LLP handled everything seamlessly. The team was professional, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the process. They were always available to answer questions and ensured the transaction went smoothly. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and expertise. I’m very satisfied with the outcome and will definitely use them again in the future.

Patrick and Ashleigh were both extremely helpful, fast to reply and always keeping us up to date with the process.

Although the people were nice there was little contact once we had paid the start up costs.No regular checking in and no follow up after the very few viewings generated. A request for a discussion about using their “ innovated marketing strategies “consisted of a list of costs for being put on there social media channels .
We had more contact with our new agent and had an offer secured within a week with no up front costs.

Fantastic service, Cara was absolutely brilliant! Very patient and more than willing to talk through all aspects of our paperwork. I would absolutely use this firm and Cara again and would happily recommend to friends and family.

As we were expecting our first child, we wanted to get our Wills and Power of Attorney in place for the first time. We had recently used Andersonbain to move house, and the service had been excellent. Therefore, they were the natural first choice when enquiring about Will creation. Cara Seivwright was on hand throughout to answer any questions quickly and talk us through each stage. The service was extremely convenient which was important to us with such busy jobs and my husband working away. The final part of the process was carried out via video call. Since we do not live very close to Andersonbain offices, this made everything very simple and stress free.

Thanks to both Katie Burns and Kirsty Salmon. Our problematic house purchase was dealt with in a prompt, efficient manner. Excellent advice from Katie. Emails answered very quickly and the process explained clearly.

Truly abysmal property website. Try to navigate using criteria hopeless. Try to order properties but only works in page 1, subsequent pages revert to "Most viewed". Does not inspire confidence in company generally if cannot get basics right.

I used Anderson Bain for my home purchase. My solicitor Katie Burns was great in helping me understand the differences between the Scottish and English systems - as I was moving from London - and she made sure all aspects of the purchase were dealt with smoothly. I would use Anderson Bain again.
