UNSERIOUS PEOPLE

I bought a Kartell ij armchair on promotion in November 2024. The small armchair delivered to me had a defective screw fixing the seat to the frame.
I wrote to the seller several times and only received a silly request to send the product quality control card as a reply. Of course I went along with the request, but it was no use, I still receive no reply.
They are unserious people.
I HAVE WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION OF EVERYTHING I SAY

Excellent customer service and support

Although my order arrived damaged due to shipping issues, Andlight’s customer service was exceptional. They were always kind, responsive, and ready to assist me at every step, quickly resolving the issue with a full refund. It’s rare to find such attentive and professional support. I highly recommend this store for their reliability and outstanding service.
