Gutters cleared and cleaned, easy to book, arrived on time and was very efficient

We had used this service a few years ago and found it to be very good, so we decided to make contact again. The response was slow but it arrived eventually. We agreed to book an appointment and were then emailed on a Sunday to ask if they could come the following day at short notice, not ideal but that was accommodated. Service was good and undertaken politely and without fuss. Then came the aftersales when we were told we would be sent an invoice and to check junk and email folders which was undertaken on a daily basis, but the invoice never arrived. Then came the email saying payment was overdue which did not please us. This was provided and we settled same day as agreed. We have been left feeling that this is not the company to use in the future.

Very good service. The team of two that arrived to carry out the gutter-clearing and eaves cleaning were punctual, courteous and left our property clean and tidy. In total the team were here for around 2.5 hrs, so the job wasn't rushed but carried out well. The quotation was fairly priced. I would recommend this firm.

Friendly and did a good job repairing and cleaning the gutter

Excellent service would use again and would recommend. Two people turned up, very polite and customer aware. Cleaned my gutters very quickly and also showed me photographs of what they had done, which subsequently were sent to me with the invoice. I am very pleased. They even washed my patio down of moss that had been there for a few weeks which was very kind of them.
