Everything was fine, from the first communication until the delivery of the final product. The shower cabin seems to be very worth the money and was easy to install. I am very happy and would very much recommend AndresGlass
We bought Adele+ shower glass door 1000€. The fitting was really bad, the aluminium rails to the wall and floor was one inch to long, nothing in description about that. One Plastic water list was to short, one plastic detail for the glass/wall fastening was missing The opening to our shower is 90cm, the door they delivered was 30cm + 57cm, we had to buy a rectangular aluminium pipe to get the magnets to connect. We have one more bathroom to do and the material Will not come from this company!

Regarding the longer aluminium lists
The aluminium profiles were cut longer because we knew that the opening was not in level.
Longer profiles give more flexibility to adjust the glass during the installation. They can be easily cut to measure during the installation.
We should have informed you about this in advance, and we admit this mistake.
Regarding the plastic water list
We admit that this could be our mistake, and as discussed before, we are ready to deliver you the new water list with the correct measurements.
Regarding the missing plastic details
We admit that this could be our mistake, but there is also a big chance that these details may have been thrown away together with the package, because they are really small and transparent.
Regarding the wrong dimensions
We have double checked all the dimensions and no mistakes were found. The total width of the shower door consists not only of glass parts but also of profiles, seals, silicone etc. We believe that the installation wasn’t done completely correctly.
Also, it is worth mentioning that there was one more order from you before that and you were satisfied. 1 star in this case is not really fair from our perspective.
