He was on hand throughout from the planning stage to the flight back, and even checking in when home.

The hotel he chose was clean, lovely with the most outstanding breakfast and a huge array of different foods. The location was perfect too.
On returning home, there was chaos in UK airports due to an issue in the flight processing system. Andrew checked the flight then contacted me to say the flight had left Manchester and was on way to Kraków, which is where I was. Meaning I could relax knowing all was well. And if it wasn’t?…I have no doubt he would have found us alternative accommodation for as long as needed.
I will definitely ask Andrew to arrange any future trips.
