We are so glad that we asked Andrew James for a survey,it was carried out quickly and very detailed,in the end we did not go through with the purchase because of the report we got back!lots of faults hidden away and bad repairs that had been cheaply done

Such a great experience, the Survey was excellent and very thorough , done really quickly and the full Survey Report back within the week. The survey was done the week following appointment and we had the comprehensive report before the end of the next week.
The best aspect of the service was responding to a request for a phone call to discuss some of the issues raised within the report, which the surveyor did even although he was actually on holiday.
