I Would 100% recommend Andrew James Surveyors to anyone who requires a survey. Andrew went above and beyond in all aspects. Extremely thorough in every detail. You could see he put full attention to detail and simplified it throughout to be easily understood. The service he provided was 5* from the beginning upto finalising the report and having a phonecall to run through everything. No hesitation to use in the future!

Would highly recommend. Very professional job. A quick/clear and comprehensive report, and superb communication - was kept informed throughout, and a good follow up service to make sure I understood the results and any questions were answered.
