Very disappointing customer service

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐? No, unfortunately. I participated in the Andros Be Nuts! cashback promotion at the end of May 2026. After several emails, I was finally told that the payment had been sent to the bank and that I would receive my money by mid-next week. However, two weeks later, I still haven't received anything. I've sent two additional emails and received no response.

Very disappointing customer service and a lack of communication. I hope this issue will finally be resolved.
