My Andskyebike

It was delivered fast. It was easy to finish putting together. Love the turn signals. I wish it had come with a basket. But I know I can get one for it when I’m ready. All in all we love the bike.

They went beyond expectations

Andsky had great customer service. They helped me along the way by pointing out I had inadvertently ordered unnecessary parts for the bike and kept me up to date on delivery times. Always a quick reply and good attitude.

Very good bike

Very good bike, built vvery well. Only problem is the seat will not lower enough for short people. With that shock built in the seat you can't lower seat, but if the shock wasn't there the seat would go down another 3 to 4 inches.

Well built ebike with a lot of features

The software in the controller that allows customization at each PAS level is nice. Shipping was fast. Emily of your service team was very responsive.. The assy. of the bike was straight forward with no issues, all parts fit together nicely. The only concern is the open wire pass through hole in the back of the crank box.

Thank you for your detailed feedback! The hole you mentioned is for wiring connections to the motor and other components. Rest assured, this area is designed to prevent water ingress—since the eBike moves forward, inertia helps keep water from entering there seriously. So you don’t need to worry about water damage at that spot.

The bike was easy to assemble

The bike was easy to assemble, mirrors were a slight problem, but got it worked out. It’s everything I expected it to be. The electronic controls are a little complicated to understand but I am getting used to it. I do like it and enjoy riding it.

I was having trouble getting it to work…

I was having trouble getting it to work correctly and your instructions are vague. I knew it would be a simple issue, but it was giving me a hard time. Your directions need to be clearer on how to get the bike to engage with the Electric portion...
