Fraud!

This company FRAUDULENTLY charged me twice! I ordered a few products from this website 7 or 8 years, then all of the sudden I start having charges appear on my credit card statement many years later. Had to get my bank involved and had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. They don't respond to emails either after they FRAUDULENTLY charge people. Stay away!

Charged for nothing. Terrible UI.

I didn't take out a subscription or anything. I bought a one-off product. For some reason I've been charged without any way of cancelling. Absolutely terrible.

cancelled 4 yrs ago and theyre still charging me!

I contacted Andy james academy 4 yrs ago to stop charging me, i cancelled service. here we are 4 years later and they're STILL CHARGING ME. now I'm out $600. Andy is and amazing player but the academy practices are borderline criminal> do not trust them to stay true to their word if you cancel. I have not logged onto the site in 3 yrs. last time was to email to tell them to stop. i have an email from 22 asking them why they are still charging me. If I lived in the UK id be knocking on somone's door to get my money back.

Major disappointment!

I bought the "20 licks" package and while it is advertised as "Downloadable video" you cannot download it at all. I asked about it and got a reply over a month later, telling me that it is NOT downloadable. I asked for a refund because the advertised description is misleading. It's been 4 months now, i have sent more than 3-4 emails and they keep ignoring me. I will ignore them too, from now on. Sorry, Andy James..you're a great player but you really don't care about your fans' money.

No service

Andy James one of the best guitar players on the planet, and he is just as good at teaching.
His site is very bad tho, and there is no support.
Ive been trying to cancel my subscription for a while with no luck, resulting in me losning 200$ for a subscription i dont want, cus i simpelt can't get out of it.
On the site he promises to "answer within 48 hours" but i've been waiting for a week with no response at all.
Dont get a subscription at Andyjamesguitaracademy.. Save your money for something else.
