NOT RECOMMEND!!! A SCAM!!!!!!!

My order was purchased on September 21, 2024.
Tracking number#EK090364369GB.It is now October 31, 2024.So far, the purchase has not been received. Logistics is also not updated.

I'm utterly disappointed with this website. It's been almost two months since I placed my order, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. The tracking number they gave me is a dead end; it doesn't lead to any information about my package. I've tried reaching out to customer service through every available channel – live chat, WeChat, and email – but I've been met with silence and no helpful responses. It's unacceptable to be ignored like this, and it feels like they're just trying to scam me out of my money. In short, this website is a total letdown, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This is a fraud company, I bought for nearly two years.

Terrible experience! After deciding to return the order it took weeks to get the information! The package is returned but the money still hasn't arrived in my account after 8 days! I'm definitely not going to let it go it's £159 AND I want my money back!! I do not recommend shopping here!!!
