Poor product performance & unsatisfactory response.
My email complaint:
"Hi
I'm sorry to have to report that a fragrance, purchased for me by my wife as a Christmas (2025) present is, frankly, disappointing.
My favourite eau-de-cologne is Christian Dior 'Sauvage' and, whilst your scent is not dissimilar, it lasts no more than 30-40 minutes.
Do you have a returns policy and, if so, what is the procedure?

We completely understand that the scent performance can be very personal and can vary depending on skin chemistry, application, and individual preference.
Regarding your enquiry about returns, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on fragrances that have been opened or used, and our returns policy applies within 14 days of receipt only. As this purchase falls outside that timeframe and the fragrance was used, we are unable to proceed with a return on this occasion.
Thank you again for your understanding".
Overpriced too in my opinion especially when so many other great products are available.
