Lots of variety
Very easy ordering. Lots of variety in flavors. However, I found the cappuccino’s to be waaay too sweet.Love the Variety box the best which has a Caramel, French Vanilla, Hazelnut and a Jamaica Me Crazy (all black coffee- no cream). Fabulous flavors. All very fresh tasting!

Fresh taste/easy WEB site
Coffee seems fresh and much better than store bought or Amazon (stale). Easy to order and ships quickly!! I’ve reordered 3 times and will become a subscriber when I move to new address. Highly recommend breakfast blend!! Mild roast, delicious, good kick!!

Last 2 orders were screwed up
Last 2 orders were screwed up. Previous order delivered to wrong address. Took 3 weeks to get the order. Recent order was incomplete. They are sending me what I paid for, will have to wait another 10 days, but nothing done customer service wise. No coupon, discount or free product. This stuff is expensive. It is good. It is fresh. Not knowing what the next screw up will be kinda harshes my buzz. So disappointed.i’m reluctant to order again TBH. Hope this helps.

For your earlier order, our team identified that the delivery error was caused by a formatting issue with a stored Apple Pay address, which resulted in an unintended separation within the address details. Unfortunately, our processing system was unable to interpret that spacing as part of the address. It does appear that this has since been corrected in Apple Pay based on the most recent order.
Regarding your most recent order, management is taking a close look at the fulfillment concern you mentioned. Someone from our team will be reaching out to you directly via email to follow up and ensure your situation is fully addressed.

White Chocolate Carmel Cappuccino
I love love love this Cappuccino. When I add whipped cream and Carmel drizzle it is just like Starbucks or any other coffee shop. And really it doesn't matter if I add to or leave it plain, it is still the best. This is my third time buying this coffee. I will continue to buy it.

We just love Angelino’s Coffee! I have served it to friends when I entertain and they all say,”What kind of coffee is this?” My son actually took his cup to go and called me to ask where I get the coffee! It is so fresh and delicious. My favorite so far is the donut shoppe, but I switch it up and have tried many of the varieties. They have all been smooth, and tasty.

After reading the reviews I wanted to try for myself..I’ve tried each one of the flavors I chose and have not been disappointed with any of them! I usually round off my coffee with flavored creamers…not any more! I added a bit of honey which only enhanced the flavors. I purchased the decaf also so I could continue to enjoy a cup later in the day! The customer service was wonderful! They followed up after my purchase to confirm everything went well with the order and to inquire if I was enjoying the coffee flavors I chose…So far, the Coconut Macaroon is my favorite! 💕

USPS is not good in my town
I have trouble with out local post office delivering. I explained that to an Angelinos representative and she said no problem. We can send another way (UPS). On my next order I forgot to change the shipping. I emailed them and they changed it for me with no problem and free shipping. They are so considerate and helpful.

Disappointing Experience
Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Hassle
Angelino’s Coffee has very poor customer service. If you need to make a return, they charge you for return shipping — in my case it was $16. Considering the coffee itself costs around $16, returning it is basically pointless. On top of that, you have to spend $50 just to get free shipping, which feels excessive.
Be very careful not to sign up for recurring shipments, because you may end up being charged again for products you don’t want or care to receive anymore. The cappuccino product I tried to return was also substandard and leaked, which is unacceptable. Overall, between the low-quality product, hidden costs, and bad customer service, I would not recommend Angelino’s Coffee.
edited: This review is being edited to again reiterate what I have mentioned in this review and that is the poor customer service of Angelinos coffee and the subpar quality of its Expresso Coffee.
