I recently sold my house through Angelwoods and I have to say I am so pleased I chose them. I would like to thank Paula for all her help and support throughout the process. Through personal reasons it was a very long process which was made much easier by Paula. Thank you so much to especially Paula but to the whole team I am forever grateful for your help and support throughout the process.

Angelwoods Trsufenyial, Pontypool branch dealt with the sale of my family home last year.
From the beginning they were professional, courteous and kept me up to date with all aspects of the sale.
I was able to arrange an appointment for a valuation quickly, which was excellent and very thorough and my property was on the market within a few days.
The house sold quickly due to the client base that Angelwoods have.
A huge thank you goes to Paula at the Pontypool branch who kept me up to date with all aspects of the viewings and sale

Beware had a very bad experience with Angelwoods as a landlord. Stay away I lost a lot of money and don’t get fooled by what they can offer.

Weather your a landlord or tenant DO NOT, and I repeat DO NOT go with these!! Not only do these not carry out proper inspections to the property which leaves the landlord with big repairs bills or angry tenants. But they also don't contact the landlord to pass on any repairs when reported, and trying to get hold of Sarah was nearly impossible as she was never in and she never returned your calls or passed on any messages, leaving you to constantly chase up which could be a good 2 to 3 weeks down the line!!! And if it wasn't for the fact we knew the landlord we wouldn't have had any repairs done. And having to also know a couple of the previous tenants of the property we rented, they also said the same and is the main reason why they left in such a short time. The one tenant actually handed his notice in but anglewoods never passed the message over to the landlord, and if wasn't for the fact that my father seen the landlord and apologised that his tenant is leaving (he lived next door) he wouldn't have known!! and when the landlord questioned them they denied all knowledge of his notice until the tenant sent them proof. So they are a nightmare to deal with and WILL leave you angry and frustrated. And going back to the not doing a proper inspection we reported the shower not working, the built in cooker was broken, issues with the electrics, boiler losing it's pressure, damp in the kitchen, bathroom plug was broken (had to turn the knob on the overflow to make the plug go up and down), the trap under the sink was leaking, radiators completely blocked with sludge and only 20% of heat was coming out. And when they were questioned by the landlord they said they only do a visual check!! Like seriously?? Wow I've never known an estate agent not to check important stuck before and I've been with loads over the years.

There are also many other reasons not to go with these but it far to long to put here. So I will say DO NOT go with these, they are truly a nightmare to deal with and it's so badly managed I'm surprised they are not closed down.

What an amazing team, personal support, excellent communication. Easy to get hold of, with you every step of the way selling a property is stressful, but this team takes the stress out of it. We rented our property out fully managed by Anglewoods they did not renew contracts on time I had to chase them both times. Once we had left them they then rang my tenant to inform them they were coming round for the yearly inspection. Nothing gets sorted promised phone calls back that they never did I don’t know how they are still running with so many administration errors

I have just completed on a house in Garndiffaith. ANGELWOODS have been fantastic from the day I put the offer in. I spoke mostly to Paula Harris who always returned emails and phone calls quickly. I noticed the SOLD sign was gone the day after completion.Extremely professional. I would not hesitate to use again. In a word FAULTLESS. A MORGAN.

This estate agency were so efficient when making an appointment for me to view one of their properties. It was lovely that they suggested others nearby that I might want to also look at.
I arrived 1/2 hour early and on ringing them, they said they’d make an effort to leave the office earlier to show me around.
They are genuine in caring about me finding what I’m looking for yet also had the Seller’s interests in mind when showing me around.
A genuine company that deserves to do well.

I cannot praise this Agency enough for their honesty and professionalism, but also for their humanity. They know how to smile and keep things real, compassionate, and money does not come at the top of their concerns.

I honesltly recommend them to anyone looking for a home or wanting to put their property on the market! You won't regret it!
