First order came fast and was OK but 2nd i ordered 1.11.2022 and still not here e-mailed them few times and no response at all, then I called them and they told me that the items which I ordered wasn't at stock and they waiting for them. So really bad service.
Update 06.02.2023 order still not here. Update 2 order arrived 16.03.2023

My name is Zlatko Komar and I am from Croatia.Honestly, I feel I have been cheated by Angler-markt. At May, 11th, I ordered (and paid) some fishing equipment. Delivery term was 1-5 days. After 14 days, nothing come. I send an e-mail and got automatic respond, somebody will contact me. After 7 days nothing happened. I called them and they said the goods will be available next week. After that week, the same situation. I send another e-mail and got the same automatic answer. I called them again and they said to send e-mail to another adress. I did like they said but, I got the same automatic answer. After another phone call they gave me another e-mail adress but with the same automatic answer. I send an e-mail with a request for a refund the money and got the same automatic answer, somebody will contact me. It was at June, 17th. I got the same automatic answer and nothing happened. I called them a few times and got the answer they will refund the money, but till today nothing happened. now, I am trying to call them again but they are not answering to my calls. In my opinion they lie all the time.
