I ordered two day 2 tests, one for my husband, one for me. Mine arrived LATE, and my husband's test was never sent.
We called them and first of all, they gave us a wrong order number, once they find our order, they say that the payment for one of the kits was refused and that's why they never send it ( according to our bank and all the emails we received from them, the payment was made). We sent them prove of the charge in my bank account and still they keep on saying that the payment was refused and we had to fix this with our bank. We called our bank, the payment was made.
We keep on calling and send emails to get the kit or a reimbursement but they just stop replying or they just say that is our problem.
We had to get the test from another company, wich means we had to pay more money and get our results late.
This is not a reliable company.

An expensive and time consuming experience
Pros : very nice and courteous people
Test arrived on-time
Test results arrived very quickly
Cons: Too expensive
Option of cheaper test was not available ?
No option of money back or even changing a day 2 test to day 8 .
Test centre in the middle of no-where would have changed everything if test centre was in the middle of the nearby city.
Overall an expensive and time consuming experience.

Good service too expensive
The service was good and arrived on time, but the price is above and beyond reason. I had to pay £275 for 3 tests that in Europe are charged 60 euros each at the laboratory with same day results. I dearly hope you are reviewing your prices.

I called to change the delivery address of my test. They confirmed that they had changed the address on the phone and then sent an email to confirm that the address had been changed... they then still sent the test to the wrong address.
When you consider the ridiculous amount of money we are forced to pay, you would think they could at least get the logistics right?

Processed service never delivered
I was meant to have my test 2 days after arriving in the UK. I paid a lot of money for it but I called and they said the test would be delivered at home and guess what, months after, I'm still waiting.

I did Day2 test - was quick, easy to DIY ( could do the same at home for free) activation a bit over complicated, reasonably priced, good customer service. I would recommend for PCR test.

PROS: The kits arrived on time, and were fine. Results came on time and were fine.
CONS: Expensive, this is DIY so why this horrific price? AND - the activation process can easily be skipped (it is not well explained and easy to miss). Improvement to the website would be good.

I have used Anglia DNS fit2fly service twice, the latest being in June 2021. Great and prompt services and got my results on time. Where there was a problem with spelling my wife's name wrongly, this was rectified to our full satisfaction by Dr H. I will recommend your services to anyone who needs something reliable and assured to travel.
My only wish is for you to consider making your prices a bit cheaper as some of your competitors are up to 50% cheaper and offer reasonably decent services as well. Regards, Gideon (Kent, UK)
