I didn't receive the ordered shoes. The logistics company lost them, and I got a credit note. This was not my intent when buying the shoes.

Everything worked well, the shoe size I needed wasn't available in stores so I ordered. Shipping was quick and the shoes are beautiful and fit perfectly :) Will order again soon!

I bought the shoes online from France and I received them very quickly. I am very pleased with my shoes, but was not happy with the company that delivered them : the delivery man pushed my package into my mailing box and damaged the box.

V disappointing product. Boots were completely different colours they weren’t a pair. And they were worn already - scuff marks on soles and leather. Really terrible for such a high price tag. Boots returned

Online Shopping experience was ok, no faults. But shoes itself are very uncomfortable, heavy, zip scratches inside of my leg, so for a £160 shoes with 30% discount I would expect better shoes... will not purchase again..
