What a terrible company to deal with, after exposing all the faults within the new unit purchase at Hope island , they promised to get around to fixing them , still waiting
From faulty timber floors , over spray on walls , crack window pane , scratches on counter tops , the list goes on
They promote “world class facility and amenities , to fool the public into false hope , only get incomplete pools , gym, gardens and the fixtures are cheap as chips
If known of this prior , definitely would not have chosen this developer
They have a system in place where they pick pocket you from start to finish,from owning the building management company, who they employ pathogical liars , treat the residents with distain, rude and obnoxious , given that the strata company they employ is in on the whole scam is quite disturbing
Only thing they are concerned with is how much they can dig into your pocket for extras
Look elsewhere would be my recommendation
