Best service and very understanding reps.

I had a complaint so I sent an e-mail not really expecting a respons but this kind guy(I assume it's a guy), his name is Ashik. He helped me and in under 30 minutes we had finished our conversation. I've never even had a convo on email😂 but this Ashik guy is so quick to respond and the customer service he provides is top notch

Animaker ONLY works correctly if you’re on Enterprise.
Every other plan — even the paid ones — gets downgraded output, broken exports, and support that lies to you to cover it up.

When I was on Enterprise, I got exactly what the UI promised:

Real 2K vertical exports

Correct 2560×1440 output

No downscaling

Clean HD and 2K files

Consistent resolution

The moment my Enterprise trial ended?

Animaker started quietly downscaling all exports, even when selecting “HD” or “2K”:

“2K” exported as 810×1440

“HD” exported as 606×1080 or 720×1280

Every vertical export was unusable

All resolution settings became fake buttons

And support tried to pretend this was normal

When I confronted support about why “2K” exports were 810×1440, they sent me a fabricated resolution chart claiming 810×1440 is somehow “2K-class vertical.”
This is simply false — no industry, software, camera, or display manufacturer recognizes 810×1440 as any form of HD, 2K, or QHD.

They literally tried to redefine industry standards instead of admitting their non-Enterprise plans are throttled.

This is the core problem:

Animaker’s UI allows you to select 2K, 4K, HD, etc…
But the plan you pay for cannot actually produce those resolutions.
It silently downscales behind the scenes.

Enterprise gets the real export pipeline.
Everyone else gets the preview pipeline disguised as final output.

This is why so many people think Animaker exports are blurry — because they are.
Not because of user error, not because of settings — because the system is tier-throttled.

If Animaker were honest, they would:

remove resolution options you cannot actually access

stop calling 810×1440 “2K vertical”

stop downscaling HD requests

stop gaslighting users with fake tech charts

and stop advertising 2K/4K to non-Enterprise customers

Animaker could be a great tool if they were transparent, but right now it’s:

misleading

inconsistent

censorship-prone

unreliable for production

and actively deceptive about output quality

If you’re Enterprise, it works.
If you’re not?
Prepare to waste hours troubleshooting problems Animaker already knows about but won’t admit.

Until they fix this, Animaker is not trustworthy for creators who need actual HD or 2K output.

I honestly can’t express how grateful I am to the Animaker team! I reached out super last minute because I needed my animation downloaded for a uni assignment, and they were so kind and understanding. They didn’t have to help, but they went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed in time. Customer service is AMAZINGGG and they gave speedy replies. At first, I was assisted by Bala, who kindly answered all my questions and helped me get started. The next day, I ran into some issues and reached out again — this time, Karthick and Bala jumped on a call with me. They spent over 40 minutes patiently walking me through every step to fix the problems in my video.

But what truly surprised me was what happened next. 🙌
They volunteered to fix all the remaining issues themselves and promised to send me the completed video within 12 hours. And they did!

I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism, patience, and kindness. I really hope Bala and Karthick get the recognition they deserve — they went above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced in customer support.

This company will BUG YOU TO DEATH if you sign up for a free trial. We decided the app did not do what we needed it to do. They still called multiple times per day, each time with me telling them that I was not interested in their services. I finally had to turn on call screening on my phone and also block the most common number that they called from. Don't sign up unless you like to talk on the phone!

I suggest you really spend time reviewing this product before actually paying for it, as they both do not offer a free trial and will refuse to give you a refund, even if you literally request it within minutes of subscribing to the full service.
It is fine if you're looking for low effort animations, but their claims of customization are incredibly limited and not at all worth it if you're looking to do something with your own existing characters.

I really like this website it has many ways to make videos and is mostly efficient if you know how to use it

The program itself is relatively easy to use but what's most impressive is the customer service I've received. Anytime I've had an issue, someone responds almost immediately and it is alway resolved. This program is worth every penny!

Kishore has been instrumental in helping with my queries, as well as ensuring timely support when I faced some technical glitches. He has been available throughout, polite in his interactions and knowledgeable too.

Animaker is a good program. While i wouldn't say it's a five star program, its okay.

Very professional company that that take customer service seriously. Their software is straight forward and easy to use for the needs that I have. They are very attentive and ready to assist with any situation that may arise. They aren't just selling software, they care about customer satisfaction.

I love animaker. It is straight forward and easy to work with. Their support team is great. They can work on their subscribtion offers more though.

I will start by saying I have used several different programs for animation. Since I am using my own character, I have had to do a lot of frame by frame animation which can be very time consuming. One of the other programs I was using was great for creating basic choppy animations, but it was not great for smooth animations like sliding, spinning, etc. And when I tried to use the animation curve feature, it kept freezing up and shutting down on me. That led me to explore other options, but downloading them in order to use them consumed a lot of space on my computer that I didn't have. I finally found Animaker. It is one of the very few apps that does not require you to download anything and works right on the desktop. That's a huge plus. The smart movement feature takes a minute or two to understand. But once you do, it is super easy and saves a lot of time. I thought it was a little pricy for the month. It's cheaper if you pay for the year, but I wanted to try it out first. I decided the background animations alone were worth it for me. After completing my first video, I found that the background animations I was using were part of the premium plan (another reason to pay for the annual subscription I guess). I was very frustrated, but thankfully Animaker offers instant chat for support. Within a few minutes, I spoke with Ashik who was very helpful and helped me resolve the issue. He also jumped on a call and showed me the libraries that were available to use with the starter membership. Great customer service goes a long way. I will definitely be considering the annual membership now. Thank you, Ashik for your timely assistance.
