Great company x

I'm new to microchipping and found registration simple & straight forward. Received a call telling me all about the company and what I needed to do etc. Staff are amazing. So pleased.

Unfortunately the worst experience I…

Unfortunately the worst experience I have had with a course and due to my job role, I do a lot of CPD. Crucial course information was not provided and communication incredibly poor and I was forever chasing them to rectify mistakes they had made with problem after problem. I ended up requesting a refund and should I still wish to go ahead with this I will be looking to use another course provider.

We are sorry that you didn't read the course information on our website before paying and booking your course which resulted in you attending the course without any animals to microchip and therefore being unable to complete the course. We did propose that we would try and come to your location at another time and provide animals as you were not able to obtain any. Unfortunately, we were not able to agree on a suitable date as course providers don't work weekends and as a result, we offered you a refund on the course. We do hope you manage to get some animals and a course sorted. Thank you

Helpful staff

Phoned on Saturday afternoon because I was having problems registering 2 pups. I was told it was only for emergencies but the chap still sorted for me.

Easy access to a person to talk with. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. The person even gave me his name. As I had to ring back to complete the registration.

DISGUSTING SERVICE - DO NOT USE

"Paul" was rude and abusive on the phone to me. No help at all and I have written to the 4 Directors about the terrible service & abuse. I have had to block their number because "Paul" was harrasing me

HI Barrie,

We have already investigated this issue and have sent you an email after the abusive messages sent to our Customer Service team via the contact us page. As stated, we did not find any wrong doing by Paul nor was he abusive and rude to you. Quite the contrary.

You called up as you wanted to register a Dog that is currently registered with another customer who did not at the time contact us, or speak with us to give you permission to take over the ownership of the microchip which is required before any changes are made.

You were informed that the current owner would need to contact us and authorise the change of ownership before any changes could be made. You were not happy with this response and started shouting and being abusive towards staff, claiming that the previous owner had already spoken to someone and we are “deliberately making things difficult” 

You were informed should you continue to shout and scream then the call would be disconnected. You continued so the call was disconnected  as per our policy. Paul attempted to call you back to resolve the situation but your abuse continued.

You then called us back shortly after only to hang up the call and as per policy we are obliged to call you back. We did, and you proceeded once again to be verbally abusive so the call was disconnected for the final time.

At the time of the call no authorization had been provided for a change of ownership and this is what was being communicated to you. 

We take our customers' security very seriously and just as we would not remove your details from a Microchip without your consent, we also wouldn't be able to do this to another customer. We always ask the current registered owners to confirm any changes on the account. 

Your allegations are malicious and are not based on reality and from our investigation we have found no wrong doing by Paul but did find you to be extremely rude, aggressive and abrupt and we are therefore unwilling to provide any services to you moving forward. 

We are more than happy for you to transfer the Microchip to another database of your choosing and we will provide permission to any other database to obtain your business and allow you to register with them.  

Please ask them to contact us to arrange the transfer of the microchip.
