Super fast shipping and amazing packaging

Shipping is really fast and the packaging is the best I've had from all the online stores that I've ordered. The parcel was stuffed with a lot of paper and bubble wrap which protected the box containing my figure.

Amazing service, would definitely recommend to those buying anime figurines and similar merchandise.

Company doesn’t deliver when it says it does.

I ordered the item in January 2024 as a birthday present for my daughter whose birthday was in mid Feb. A week prior to her birthday, the Shop app was still showing not shipped, only ‘ordered’. I emailed them and queried it, but got no reply, emailed again, no reply. Emailed again requesting a refund as the item had not been dispatched. Finally got a response at the end of Feb saying there was a problem with shipping and the item wouldn’t be posted out until end of March. End of March came and went, still no movement on delivery. Emailed again, was told it would be end of April. End of April came and went and finally got a positive response about shipping and I received the item mid May.

Very, very, very disappointed with initial communication, dismayed at no delivery and genuinely thought the item would never come. I requested a full refund twice but this was never acknowledged. Will not be using this store again.

Super happy with my order!

Super happy with my order! I was one of the many people who unfortunately got my order cancelled due to dekai anime’s liquidation, so I was super happy when I was able to buy it from anime emporium who graciously price matched the product for me😊 super super happy!
